Lovely house, good quality and great view

Weekend stay. Great for beach and relaxing. Great apartment wit three rooms with each a bathroom. Perfect terraces. Rides to bigger cities will take about 30 min.

Elvira and Yolanda are amazing hosts, they allowed us to arrive at the house earlier than agreed to accommodate our early flight. The place is beautiful and super clean.

Great house!

It was a lovely stay. The communication with agency was great and there is all you need in the house. We loved the time there. There are a few flaws if you look closely, but everything is acceptable. One shower head was broken for example and we had to hold it in the hand during the whole shower.

Excellent accomodation

House was in a quiet location, a short walk from the beach and supermarket. Lots of space both inside and outside. Always a place to be in the sun or the shade. House was clean and with all equipment, including dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Communication timely and easy. would definately stay again.

Very nice Location

We stayed at the accommodation in Cala Tarida for almost a week. The spacious house is located on a hillside with a fantastic view of the sea and sunsets. The very friendly landlady was very helpful and accommodating. We really liked the spacious space on the terrace and on the spacious roof terrace with lots of chilled seating. There should be an additional parasol. The beach of Cala Tarida is within walking distance as well as restaurants and shopping. By car (private parking available) Ibiza town and the entire island are easy to reach. In short, a great place to stay - we would love to come back. It is highly recommended!

In de keuken waren te weinig pannen en de waterkoker was defect. Twee maal lekkage bij de kledingkast/ ingang master bedroom. Koelkast sloot niet goed. Contact met eigenaar en beheerder was goed. Er werd snel en adequaat gereageerd. Uitzicht vanuit het appartement is erg mooi. Rustige omgeving. Leuk strand in de buurt. Wel handig om een auto ter beschikking te hebben.

We betreuren het zeer dat er tijdens uw verblijf lekkages zijn opgetreden, veroorzaakt door de zware storm (DANA) die Ibiza in die dagen trof. Vanwege de weersomstandigheden vroeg u om een extra pan en koekenpan, aangezien u met een groot gezin was en geen gebruik kon maken van de buitenruimte. Zodra het weer het toeliet, werden de gevraagde keukenspullen naar het appartement gebracht. Het spijt ons oprecht dat uw verblijf samenviel met deze moeilijke dagen en we waarderen uw vriendelijkheid en geduld. We verwelkomen u graag opnieuw op een ander moment, hopelijk met beter weer.

Un grand merci à Laura et Maria Elvira pour leur accueil, leur conseils et la communication !!La villa était super en tout point : la localisation (proche de belles plages, calme, resto aux alentours très sympas), la propreté. Estancia cómoda con una buena ubicación.

Pasamos unos días en esta vivienda, la cual tiene una ubicación perfecta, para conocer la zona oeste de la isla. Esta muy cerca de las mejores calas y cuenta con una buena terraza para ver el atardecer. La casa es cómoda, si bien la cocina es un poco justa de tamaño y menaje, es suficiente para poder pasar una semana agradable. La persona que gestiona las entrada, un encanto y nos informo de muchas cosas que ver y hacer. Hay una tienda a 5 minutos, suficiente para el día a día. Recomendable.

Séjour à Ibiza en famille/amis Agréablement surprise de la maison. Mieux que sur l annonce ! Il y atout ce qu’il faut et même plus . En général si écrit pour 6 personnes il y a 6 couverts ect… là il y a bien plus . On peut se croire chez soi ! Coucher de soleil incroyable! Vue magnifique sur mer mais au calme. Lovely place to stay

Laura welcomed us warmly with a plate of free goods like coffee, wine and chocolate. The pool are was pretty nice and everything was perfect except of the construction noise in the neighborhood.
