Private pool 8 x 4,the pool can only be accessed via a gate so it's very secure for very small children. Sun all day. Close to beaches and wineries. Very quiet residential area. No smoking house.No pets allowed. No suitable for wheel chairs. private barbecue and table tennis .

Why they chose this property

The reason we decided to come to the peace of Olivella will live in the mountains but very close to beautiful beaches such as Sitges and Vilanova. 35km proximity to Barcelona city was also a deciding factor

What makes this property unique

Apart from the peace and quiet, what still impresses us about the house is its proximity to beaches, our jobs and modern life. We have the privilege of living in a very special part of the world and wake up every morning with the sensation that we're on a permanent holiday!
