Falling Waters Beach Resort is located 10 minutes from Naples Town Center, and an equal distance from Marco Island in South West Florida. This second floor, end-of-unit corner, condo apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 2 full-baths, and it has everything you might need including a cable TV and high speed wireless Internet. An over-sized slider opens fully from the living room to the large tiled Lanai. The slider recesses into the wall thereby fully exposing the living room to the Lanai. The lanai has seating and dining for 6+, two ceiling fans, an electric BBQ Grill with a mini-fridge, and overlooks mature trees and pond view creating a relaxed shady atmosphere. Master bedroom has KING size bed, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and a slider that opens to the screened lanai. Master bath has shower, double sinks and separated toilet. Guest room has two TWIN beds and is adjacent to the second full bath. Lanai has Futon that can sleep 2 people as well as a 3rd TV. Washer, dryer and laundry sink are in separate laundry room. The kitchen and Dining Room have extra window.2 Bedrooms 2 Baths No Smoking & No Pets.

The kitchen is fully stocked : numerous pots & pans, serving dishes, 4 slice toaster, Blender, crock-pots, coffee maker, plastic storage container, dishes and baking pans.

Falling Waters Beach Resort Naples

Beautiful property well stocked comfortable bed. Excellent amenities. Dishwasher latch malfunctioning upon arrival and claim was put through insurance purchased by us for the repairs. We feel this claim should not have submitted as condition was pre-existing.

We were NOT notified of any issues or damages at the start of their stay. I asked several times during their month-long reservation if there was anything we could do to make their stay better. There was no report. At the end of the reservation, I was told that the dishwasher latch was broken and the toilet in the master bath was running all night. Again, I was not told about these issues until AFTER their stay. We take pride in our property; We are accessible via phone or Email; We make all effort to address any issues ASAP. Mike

It was a magical summer!

We stayed at this condo for 3 weeks (sure wished we could have stayed longer). We were traveling with a family of 6 (including 2 kids). Mike, the owner, was so easy to work and communicate with. Replied very promptly and had an answer to all of our questions. We appreciated his welcome message to ensure we would have a great arrival. The condo is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Very very modern and clean. There was not one item we missed, everything was well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the Lanai a lot. There were even different games, crayons etc. to entertain them. The resort is very quiet and peaceful. We were amazed by the gorgeous lazy river pool. There were no crowds at all at none of the times we visited. The resort is very well maintained. Shops, restaurants and entertainment were all very close by. Walmart, Michael's, Walgreens and CVS are even on walking distance. We are most definitely returning soon!

Beautiful and Clean

We had an amazing stay for 10 weeks. There was everything in the condo that we could possibly want. The owner was great to work with. He provided everything possible to make our stay. FANTASTIC.!!! We are planning to return very soon

Very quiet, plaisant lanai with nice view , beautiful lazy river

We spent a marvelous month here. The condo is just like the pictures, nicely decorated and nothing is missing. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is quiet, we ate all are meals in the lanai watching the birds around the water and hearing the sound of the fountain. The pool which is a lazy river is so pleasant, lots of chairs and parasols and very clean, lots of palms and plants. Everything you need is nearby, pharmacy, WalMart, restaurants, etc. It takes 15 minutes to the beaches and the 5th Avenue.

Nice place near Naples, Florida

This is an upstairs two bedroom apartment located in Falling Waters, a gated community which seemed mostly to cater to snowbirds. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is new and comfortable, and the TV/entertainment system is up to date. While the address of Falling Waters is Beach Resort Drive, the nearest beach is several miles away on San Marco Island, but it is a nice one. The community is also near the Everglades, which was an attraction for us. The nearby Naples Botanical Gardens was a nice place to visit. We did not partake of the night life in Naples, but it was there. The social center of Falling Waters itself is a fairly large pool complex which we utilized. A clubhouse had notices of organized games, golf outings, etc beginning in January, but our stay was in December. I appreciated an email from the owner at the beginning of our stay, making sure that everything was OK. I assured him that it was.

This unit is an end unit. As such, you have less noise. Also, you have 2 additional windows to provide lots of light. The lanai looks out to several trees and a pond. This allows you privacy and shade.
