Homely ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views

Les Fermes de Samoens is in the beautiful historic village of Samoens. The Apartment is on the ground floor, there is always a sunny spot to be found on the decking whatever the time of day. We have added a few luxury items for pure indulgence 10 boot/glove warmer and a 18 bottle wine/beer chiller but to name a few. Blue ray DVD player music system with Aux connection, block of English sockets for charging phones etc. In the reception building there is a small indoor pool.

Wonderful stay.

The apartment was well located on the edge of the village,so very quite. It had easy access to the ski bus and just a short walk to the beautiful village and large supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped and lovely apartment. We would love to come again sometime in the future.

Fab homely apartment

This place looked as good as the pictures suggest. It was really well prepared for our arrival; clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen included some helpful basic condiments that save you from needing to buy those of you are getting into cooking meals. Would love to return here at some point in the future. 😁😁

This is a perfect, well presented snug apartment. We were 4 adults and a baby. Cot and high chair provided. Very comfy beds and pillows. A very well equiped kitchen. Loads of information about the area. Perfect for the ski bus stop. Very quiet area. 10 mins walk to the lovely bustling village.

Samoens Skiing January 2023

Fantastic apartment on the edge of town (5-10 minute walk to the centre / 3 minute drive to the ski lift). Furnished to a high standard with everything you could require. Communications with the owners first rate. Seamless arrival and departure. Stayed for 3 weeks skiing. Had a fabulous time. Can't recommend enough.

Our expectations were already high due to the many great reviews for the property and the description and photos,however the apartment and location exceeded them all! We just found the apartment so homely and comfortable with everything you could possibly think of. We loved the area, walking into the village square, the lakes, the mountains! We have been to many places in France and Italy but feel Samoens is beautiful and we plan to return, we would definitely wish to stay at this apartment as our first choice as cant imagine anywhere better! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely, Cosy Apartment with everything you need!

We had a very comfortable stay at Alison and Stephen’s place. We found that we had everything that we needed for cooking and relaxing. The pool was a great bonus (it’s only small but was always quiet). The location of the apartment is perfect - ski bus stop round the corner and a few mins walk into beautiful Samoens. We had a fair bit of trouble with the wifi which was the only negative. It was slow during the day and for some reason didn’t work in the evenings. Alison and Stephen were helpful when we had queries. Recommend the pizza hut round the corner for amazing pizza!

This is our second time at this apartment it's cosy and homely and is very convenient for the slopes via the shuttle bus. It's an easy walk into the village which has an assortment of shops and restaurants. We just love our time here. It has a ski storage cupboard and the added bonus of a boot warmer in the apartment.

Stephen & Alison Fletcher. We first skied in the Grand Massif in 2004 and immediately fell in love with Samoens village. It has a unique old village charm and atmosphere. Yet only an 8 minute gondola ride you are in to an extensive varied Grand Massif ski area. We have owned the apartment since 2004 but are now managing it our selves. We have taken the opportunity to refurbish it to our requirements and for clients who appreciate an apartment which is well equipped and homely.

Why they chose this property

We have holidayed all over France and love the country and people. So buying in a dual season resort seemed the right thing to do. There is fabulous skiing.Lots of actives in the summer. All set in the most beautiful scenery.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is set on the edge of the village in a quite location but within a 5-7 min walk to shops bars and restaurants.
