Owl's House at Treven sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. This is the perfect place to relax, spread out and recharge. The property features a huge 30ft. open plan sitting room and kitchen featuring open beams, and comfortable seating for everyone. Doors open onto a sunny patio and fully enclosed garden which is not overlooked. There is a double bedroom with en-suite, a twin and a single. The separate family bathroom has a free standing bath and walk in shower. The location is very peaceful but a short drive to attractions, beaches and shopping.

Covid-19- Bookings are fully refundable if government restrictions on travel do not permit bookings to go ahead.

We had a really lovely time despite it being a very wet few days. The big living room/kitchen/dining room was great for games and feeling close as a family and the holiday let was very well equipped. All very clean. The garden was child and dog secure and we found some lovely walks through the lanes. Would definitely come back.

A hidden gem.

A lovely spacious cottage in a very quite location. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was spa ious and well equipped. The garden was enclosed and good for the dog. Would stay here again. The owner Niaomi kept in contact making sure we had everything we needed. dog.

The Perfect Cornish Staycation

Owls house is such a lovely property in a great location for exploring. Despite being down a true cornish lane, it was easy to get to and was incredibly quiet. Our 2 mini dachshunds loved the open plan living space and the garden was 100% secure which meant we could fully relax (the garden gate had chicken wire to ensure no small floofs could escape which was a bonus!)There was plenty of space for the 2 of us for the week and it would definitely be big enough for 5. The sofas and beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the addition of a dishwasher was great.Would gladly stay again in the future and recommended to friends and family

Quiet retreat down a narrow lane

This was our first time staying in a barn conversion. Appreciated: the spacious open-plan living/dining room/kitchen. the peace and quiet of the location supplementary heating to give the room a boost quick responses from the owner The master bedroom was rather small but we overcame that challenge by using the single room as our dressing room and a place for our suitcases. The kingsize mattress was too soft for our preference but would probably suit others. Would have appreciated blinds or curtains at the windows and door in the hallway corridor for an extra sense of privacy.

Perfectly located - it felt as though we were no more than 15 minutes from anywhere - cottage was lovely, just right for the five of us. Beds were comfy, living room/kitchen/dining area were great. Wish we'd had the weather to use the BBQ and hammock.

‘Owl House is a lovely place to stay’

Owl House is charming! It was beautifully clean, spacious and there was plenty of hot water! There are many beautiful sandy beaches and restaurants with delicious seafood all within easy reach. The kitchen was also well stocked with essential cooking equipment which came in handy for the evenings we decided to stay home. I can thoroughly recommend Owl House and would happily stay there again. 😊

Lovely hideaway location with the highest levels of cleanliness.

Fantastic location to reach multiple beaches in a short time. Nice airy property kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. Beautiful enclosed garden was perfect for child and dog to run around... would be something extra special with lighting in the evening (maybe solars) Other properties we have rented have little welcome packs with tea, coffee milk and a warm welcome note. 2 double bedrooms would have been more suitable for our group. Overall a lovely property

The property was exactly as it showed online......very spacious and very comfortable......the lounge was particularly good to relax in......having two bathrooms was really useful as well.....the kitchen was spacious & very well equipped.....pretty garden with table & chairs......the owners had thought of everything.......it was lovely to be able to take our dog with us ........the converted barn is down a long pretty country lane, so is quiet & peaceful, yet you are only a short drive from Hayle, the beaches & other popular sights....... I would recommend this property to anyone.....thanks so much

Why they chose this property

We bought the barn as it was such a beautiful building. When you stand in the garden you can often hear nothing but the birds. The location suits us really well. The lane is incredibly quiet but its a short drive to everywhere we need to be.
