It is one of the most luxurious villas in this area & is very hard to beat! You will find yourself never wanting to leave, just see the testimonials from our previous guests!

This stunning, exceptional, high quality villa with 408m² construction on a plot of 1600m², consists of a fully fitted kitchen, separate dining room, stunning lounge, study (with Wi-Fi), 3 beautiful double bedrooms with ensuite Philip Stark bathrooms & L'Occitaine products, gym with a table tennis table, media room with its own home cinema club (Sky including movies & sports, Netflix & Amazon Prime and lots of DVD's, BluRays and games to choose from), a 12m Infinity Pool with LED lighting, hot tub, a BBQ & multiple terraces to enjoy al fresco dining & stunning views across the village, valley, mountains & out to sea.

The village of Cabrera has a wonderful restaurant, El Riad, a charismatic bar, El Arco which also serves food & a tennis court within walking distance, lots of hillside paths right outside the door, & multiple golf courses all within 30 minutes’ drive away. The beach & seaside resort of Mojacar is also only a 20-minute drive away.

- Entrance via the gated entrance with steps leading down to the courtyard & terraces.
- The front door opens into the large spacious open plan lounge with marble floors, beautifully decorated with top quality items, art & pictures. Here you will find 2 semi-circular sofas, coffee tables, a Bang & Olufsen 6 CD Player & 2 floor standing speakers & fireplace. French doors & windows all around to soak up the spectacular views.
- There is a cloakroom off the lounge, study, & dining room with a large marble topped table & suede chairs for 8, all tastefully decorated.
- From here you are led into the open plan kitchen with Siemens Electric Oven/Grill, Induction 5 burner hob, Microwave, American Fridge Freezer with Ice maker, Nespresso & Aerocinno machine, dishwasher, steam oven & hot plate, plus every conceivable item to be able to cook what you fancy. There is also a wooden breakfast bar with 2 leather & chrome stools, & a wall mounted T.V. connected to the system in the media room. A door from the kitchen leads back to the courtyard & terraces.
- From the lounge area, stairs lead up to the master suite, with a Queen size bed & suede headboard, set on bamboo flooring. Beautiful bedroom furniture compliments this room. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, his & hers sinks, toilet, electric towel heater, 2 cupboards & a large mirror. A door off the bedroom leads to private terrace with views over the infinity pool & the village of Cabrera.
- Bedroom 2 is located on the lower floor & again is beautifully decorated, with a double bed, wardrobe, large wall lamp, & a circular leather chair, A door leads to another terrace & features an apple shaped snug. The ensuite consists of 1 basin, 1 toilet, & a walk in waterfall shower.
- Bedroom 3 is also located on the same floor as bedroom 2 & consists of a king sized silver framed bed & headboard, Chaise Lounge, 2 mirrored bedside tables with bedside lamps, & a silver leafed dressing table & mirror. A door leads to a private terrace with table & chairs. The ensuite bathroom consists of a walk-in waterfall shower, bath, sink, toilet, & mirror.
- All bedrooms come with Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy towels & Argan Oil products for your use.
- The media room has a 60” plasma wall hung TV, Linn surround sound system, PS3/Blu-ray, Sky (including movies & Sports), Netflix, Amazon Prime, Wii, and D.V.D player, with book cases with a full complement of films, games & CD´s some board games & books, all to be viewed from a comfy large L-shaped sofa. The large patio window leads to the terrace with the apple snug.
- The gym has a multi-gym, free weights, running machine, sit up frame & exercise ball, table tennis table & bats, plus a double sofa bed.
- Also available are tennis rackets & beach towels for your use.
- The utility room consists of a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, drying rack, iron & ironing board.
- There is integrated air-conditioning throughout the property, each room controlled individually.
- Outside, there is an amazing private 12 x 4m infinity edge swimming pool with roman steps, electric pool cover, outside shower & a 5 person hot tub.

Amazing place to relax - wish we were still there!!

We spent just under 2 weeks at this villa including our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The villa itself is nothing short of stunning, very well cared for, luxurious, everything you need provided for and spotlessly clean. The beds were also incredibly comfortable which is always a bonus when away from home. We spent most of our holiday at the villa relaxing, reading, enjoying the views, using the pool and generally recharging our batteries! We enjoy cooking so most evenings were spent chilling out with a glass of wine cooking in the well equipped kitchen or on the bbq.....family dinners out on the terrace watching the sunset.....perfect! :-) Jane and Chris who look after the property were lovely, helpful and always contactable if needed and very prompt to deal with any questions we had. The pool is a highlight and the hot tub came into play too in the evenings; great fun and a wonderful place to spend time looking at the wonderful views. Both pool and hot tub were very well looked after by Jose who visits a couple of times a week to maintain. We were lucky enough to eat out at Fatima's restaurant below the villa during our stay and the food and experience was excellent. Unfortunately for us, when we tried to book again towards the end of our holiday we had left it too late and they were fully booked so make sure you call a few days in advance so as not to be disappointed. All in all a fabulous place to spend precious family holiday time and thanks to Chantal and David for sharing their beautiful home. We would very much love to come back again sometime.

Time to relax

Our first family holiday for a long while as the children are older and have not wanted to come away with us preferring to go away with partners or friends. As soon as we said we were going back to the mountains in Spain they jumped at the chance to reminisce and come along. Once they saw the photos online of the villa they were definitely hooked. Chantal and David’s villa is all you could wish for. As it’s a home you feel a sense of warmth when you first walk into it. The villa is beautifully decorated with lovely personal touches in all of the rooms. You are made to feel like it’s your home for the duration of your stay and wow what a place to stay. With 6 adults it was easy to get space away from each other so that you can chill with your partner or, to all get together sitting around the tables chatting, stretch out on the sun beds by the pool or even crash out in the media room watching Netflix. The scenery and views - especially from the infinity pool are breathtakingly beautiful. As you may have already guessed we had the most amazing time. We stayed a week but so wanted for our holiday to be longer. Thank you Chantal and David for sharing your beautiful home.

Relaxing Family Holiday

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at the villa and returned home with lovely memories. The property was immaculate in every way with every little detail well thought through. The daily bike ride that finished up the hill was fantastic exercise and enabled much deserved food and wine to be enjoyed. Chris and Jane were superb. Great movie room for when the sun was too hot and good to have decent air con.

Stunning Villa

We stayed at Chantal and David's magnificent Villa in Cabrera in August. To say the Villa is special is doing it a disservice . It has everything . Location , views , magnificent infinity pool and jacussi area , interior fit out and equipment all superb. It is 5 star in every way yet has the little touches that even the best hotels cannot provide. It is spotless and perfectly equipped . From the moment you open the gate it takes your breath away, particularly at night. . Chris and Jane met us and were lovely and informative . Any little issue we had on our holiday was sorted , which was virtually nil. The drive up the mountainside is not for the faint hearted but boy is it worth it. Take your time and enjoy the views! We ate both in and out . Great kitchen to cook in and a BBQ outside which we used also. Lots of nice restaurants in Mojacar Pueblo and a lovely atmosphere at night here. Some eateries around the main square not great. Very good food (and incredibly cheap) in a restaurant in Turre called Solaire which we came across by accident. Good chef in the kitchen here. Not much in Turre itself. Fatimas is the closest restaurant to the Villa , 5 mins walk . It is lovely and the people really nice. It was our wedding anniversary and they put out white table linen and a few extras for us. Jane and Chris had let them know. Very nice touch. Beach in Mojacar not great but Garrucha beach which is nicer only 5/10 mins drive . Also a market on Fridays,funfair and really good go-kart track here for the kids. All in all we had a great vacation in a once in a lifetime Villa (hopefully not). Would return in a heartbeat. Chantal was very easy to deal with and very clear and precise. Fabulous holiday in a stunning villa

This villa has everything, luxury accommodation, superbly equipped, gym, pool and hot-tub! It is situated on a hillside with stunning views across the local area, whilst you can see the sea in the distance, this is not a main feature, and whilst initially disappointed, there was more than enough to make up for it! This villa is all about luxury and relaxation, numerous terraces and seating areas, beautiful flowers and plants everywhere, the pool was brilliant to cool off during the day with the hot tub (with its own lighting) perfect for star gazing at night! There are two good restaurants within walking distance (if you can manage a hill or two) with lots more restaurants and a good supermarket within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Lovely beeches are easy to get to within 20-25 minute drive. There was the start of a property being built nearby, which was not a problem to us (as noise was limited and the 'men folk' were fascinated by how they were building on such a steep hill) but you may wish to ask the question before you book. This is not a location for those seeking the usual tourist traps however if you are looking to unwind in a stylish villa in a beautiful setting in 'real' Spain, this Villa comes highly recommended. Additionally, there was fabulous support from Jane and Chris, living nearby, who were more than happy to help with any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful time (we did not want to leave) and would be very happy to recommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you David and Chantal for sharing your lovely home.

Fabulous Villa, spectacular views

The villa is absolutely beautiful, nothing short of stunning! The place is huge and has been equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing break. The interior is just lovely, everywhere, fitted out to the highest specifications, and the outside has it all, a good sized pool for floating around during the day, and there is not much to beat watching the sun set, with a glass of champagne in the hot tub! We could not fault this place at all, loved it and did not want to leave!

Amazing villa

Wow what an amazing villa! Everything you could possibly want or need was provided for in the villa. It was immaculately clean and Carol and Jeff were very welcoming. Our younger son made full use of the cinema room whilst our older son spent many hours on the comfortable outside sofas taking in the outstanding views. When we could tear ourselves away from the wonderful pool the village was just a ten minute, fairly steep, walk away whilst the beaches of Mojacar a short drive away. Thank you David and Chantal for letting us stay in your beautiful home- we hope to come back soon.

LUXURY TRANQUILL HOME

LUXURY. Wow. That's the first impression you get when you enter the Villa into the courtyard. As beautiful as the photos are they don't do the property justice. The views from the infinity pool and especially the Jacuzzi as the sun sets are simply stunning. The bedrooms are all ensuite with all the modern sanitaryware. We spent 8 nights but could only drag ourselves out for 3 meals as my wife enjoyed cooking in the superbly equipped kitchen with a glass of vino. If you want to eat out the 2 restaurants in the village are very good,and Fatimas was our particular favourite. Added bonus on the Saturday night was a live music concert from the village square which we were able to enjoy with a glass of vino from our Jacuzzi, Magicall. Finally Carol and Jeff , our contacts , one word BRILLIANT. We have never returned to the same property in 7 years of renting, this will be the first. The Bryants, South Wales.

Everything you could ask for.....

If your looking for luxury and a fantastic location in Spain then this is it. We spent a fabulous long weekend with friends at this wonderful villa and simply couldn't have been more pleased. The villa itself is set on a hillside with great views from the terraces - especially from the jacuzzi at night. Everything we needed (plus more) was on hand and exactly as in the pictures. We went with 3 other couples and never felt on top of each other as there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy a quiet moment if required. With towns and beaches a short drive away and a lovely restaurant well within walking distance, you wont be disappointed. We will certainly be back!

Simply Stunning

If you are looking for a place to unwind and get away from it all, this is the place. The villa, which is simply outstanding, is located in a fabulous setting with amazing views; from either the villa itself, or relaxing in the pool or hot tub. Locally, Turré offers some great restaurants and all in all, this made for the most fantastic and relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay .. Perfect location and property.

After a few years of all inclusive this was our first return to a Villa holiday and is was just perfect in every way. The Villa and views are both magnificent. The villa has every amenity and was beautifully presented. The local restaurants were friendly and the food was fantastic. The outside and inside kept all 6 of us fully entertained and relaxed the whole time we were there. If I could give this more stars I would.

Fabulous House, Fabulous Views, Fabulous Holiday

This was one of the best houses we have ever rented as a summer holiday home. It felt very much like a home when we first walked in, very tastefully decorated, no expense spared and every need thought about by the owners. Our bedroom (at the top of the house) had a massive and seriously comfortable queens sized beds with Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels, a wonderful en suite bathroom with walking shower, his and her sinks and a bath, and our personal L'0ccitaine products, but the views were the best part, we could see straight across the mountains to the Sierra Nevada's on one side and out to the sea. The fantastically well equipped kitchen was a dream to work in and if I had felt up to cooking a 5 course meal, it would have been no problem. However the outside space, in the sunshine was were we spent most of our time, sunbathing, dipping in and out of the infinity edge pool or the jacuzzi. We had the choice of dining in the courtyard or out on the terrace with those spectacular views, utilising the BBQ each night, and flopping in one of two comfy areas in the shade. We never used the Media Room or the gym because the weather was so wonderful, but had we needed to do, I could see we would not have been lost for things to do, the choice of dvd's was very extensive and there was also a Wii, PS3 and a table tennis table for your use. You do need a car because the property is set up in the mountains, but it is only 20 minutes away from the beach if you can tear yourself away from the peace and seclusion this property gives you, and there are a couple of good local restaurants and a tennis court (the owners even provided decent racquets for our use) within walking distance, if you dont mind hills! Overall, we loved this property, will happily recommend it and will return again I am sure.

Amazing villa, fantastic family holiday

This villa really is as amazing and luxurious as it looks in the pictures. Had a brilliant two weeks here with our 3 children (aged 11, 13, and 15). Although you could spend the time just relaxing at the villa (pool, table tennis, gym, jacuzzi, BBQ, lots of dvds and music with Sky (including Sky Sports)), there are also many great day trips to suit all ages. Getting up and out early worth it to avoid the heat and enjoy an empty beach. But stock up well at the supermarket in case you don't feel like moving! For this villa, we might break our rule of not visiting the same place twice.

Having lived here we have a lot of knowledge of this area of Spain. Cabrera is truly unique and breathtaking, so much so we made it our permanent home.
Lifestyle here is great and most of our time is spent outdoors. I can highly recommend Cabrera. Our Villa which we had built to our specification was designed with every luxury taken care of, and we take great pride in it.

What makes this property unique

This Villa has absolutely fabulous views from all the terraces, the infinity edge pool and the hot tub.

We leave it very much as a home rather than as a "rental property" trusting that our guests will look after it as such. As has been described by numerous previous rental guests, "it is second to none, every room from the bedrooms, the lounge, dining room , the well equipped kitchen and the cinema has attention to detail and is so tastefully decorated".

We also provide welcome supply of coffee capsules, teabags, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried herbs and access to our fresh herb garden right outside the kitchen and only ask that if you finish any of the dried herbs that you replace them for our next guests. Likewise you should find washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, bin liners, for each day below the sink.

We have rented out our Villa for 6 years now, no one has been disappointed and everyone has looked after as if it was their own, We feel that it is a very special property, one we thought long and hard about renting it, but have had no regrets as all our guests have been wonderful.
