Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and more), guest toilet, and a cozy living room with leather sofas, flat-screen TV (Spanish & international channels), and dining table. Large sliding doors open to the private garden.
First floor: Two bedrooms with A/C and a full bathroom. One bedroom with a 180cm double bed, the other with two single beds and an extra folding bed if needed.
Second floor: Rooftop sun terrace with lounge set and pergola — ideal for sunny winter days from 09:00 to 16:00.
Street parking is available around the property, but during the summer it can be challenging to find a spot. For added convenience, a private garage next to the community entrance is available to rent for €50 per week.

The property is well appointed and within easy walking distance of town centre. Aircon good. We enjoyed sitting in the large garden space. Only downside was that the double bed in the first bedroom is in fact 2 single beds pushed together.
Really well presented house, has everything you need for holiday. Outside areas really lovely, sunshades on both terraces and air con throughout the house which was needed in June. Pool area quite small but beach less than 10 mins walk away. All areas of Nerja easily accessed by walking. In a lovely quiet part of Nerja.
The interior of the house was of a very high standard with quality fittings throughout, having the garden and roof terrace was an added bonus providing us with all round sunshine throughout the day

This is a great location for both access to town and beach. The house is well equipped, great outdoor space and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. We hired a car, street parking was difficult as it’s a busy place. Wouldn’t bother again to hire as everything is so close including supermarkets. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and location. Booking and all follow up communication was very good. I’m sure we will be back.

Located in a good area. Near the beach and close to the city center. The pool area was somewhat small. The roof terrace and the furniture was a bit old/dirty. Otherwise everything in the apartment was really good and perfect for us (two couples).
This property ticks all the boxes. Centrally located for Buriana and Balcon/town. Excellent house with everything you need. Modern, clean, garden/bbq an added bonus. Lovely pool area. Local ex-pat community very welcoming. Owner very helpful. He arranged our Taxi to and from airport - spot on time. Thoroughly recommend this property. Will be booking again. Thank you.
We had a fantastic stay at Danilo’s apartment! From start to finish, he was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He gave us clear instructions for finding the place, met us personally to show us around, and shared a wealth of recommendations for local restaurants and events happening in town. His local insights really added a special touch to our visit.The apartment itself is exactly as pictured—stylish, clean, and true to Italian design: compact, modern, and very functional. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus, and we were pleasantly surprised to always find free parking available right there.We came to the area to visit the Ferrari museums and enjoy the driving experience at the Autodromo, and this location couldn’t have been more convenient. It made everything easy and stress-free.Thanks to Danilo, we felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
We stayed in February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is bright, clean and tidy and has everything you might need for a holiday. The garden was a nice place to sit but in February the roof terrace was a real bonus as it got the sun until much later in the day and the combination of both areas give the impression of a larger property. The location is excellent and within walking distance of Burriana beach and also the Balcon d’Europa with the bars and restaurants nearby. We did have issues finding a parking spot, even in February, and imagine it could be a nightmare in summer and also be aware you need to collect and return the keys from a hotel on the other side of town. Overall it is an excellent property and we would recommend it.
Daniel's townhouse is in a very well maintained complex in an excellent location. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and it has a fantastic terrace which gets the morning sun. I love the addition of the new sofa, chairs, and coffee table on the rooftop deck! It was a great place to relax and catch the sun in the afternoon. To top it all off, Daniel is a great host. Sadly I had to leave early because of Covid-19. Hopefully, I'll be able to return again soon. Thanks Daniel!
The house is lovely and very central. A short walk to the centre of town with lots of restaurants and tapas bars (Three euros for a glass of wine with a free tapa), also a short walk to Burriana Beach with lovely Spanish restaurants on the beach serving meat and fish dishes (Ten euros for a Paella, Twenty six euros for a mixed plate of fish that two of us struggled to eat) The roof terrace is lovely but be warned if you are elderly or have mobility issues as the stair case to access it is very steep. The down side is having to collect the keys from a Hotel the other side of town and returning them to the same place, as we booked a taxi transfer and it cost us an extra twenty euros each way for the extra stops.
We love staying at Bajama ll. Its a small well looked after complex. Its quiet and the terrace and the pool is excellent. We have been coming to Bajama ll for many years.
The property is well presented. Very nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable. Daniel has been very accessible and helpful.
Kitchen very well equipped with cooking equipment and china glasses etc.
You couldnt fault the property in anyway.
One disappointment was that the tray in the oven wasnt very clean and the BBQ was left with ash in situ and food charred to the grill.
This wouldnt have been an issue if the cleaning instructions and advice of our efforts judged by 'maid' etc hadnt been advised.
Cleaning products would have been nice given the amount required to do on departure.
Location of keys. Poor.
We didnt need a car for our stay and arrived by bus. The same was anticipated to return to the airport.
Because we had to return keys to MB Boutique we had to book a taxi to make this easier an then had it take us to the airport.
It would be good if a more accessible location for keys was an option.
Although we have felt the need to highlight the two items our stay at no 14 was very good. We would stay again if fact we have Sept/Oct booked already.
Begin oktober 11 dagen gelogeerd in dit huis. Alles is aanwezig om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De locatie is ook perfect. Supermarkt en andere winkels op loopafstand. In 10 minuten ben je in het centrum van Nerja. Hier heb je volop keuze uit terrasjes en restaurants. Rondom Balcon d'Europa liggen ook verschillende kleine strandjes. Voor het grote Burriana strand, moet je een stuk naar beneden lopen vanaf dit huis.
We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad, zowel huis als locatie top!

Endlich ein Haus mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, genügend Geschirr, Unterhaltungselektronik. Schöne Plätze zum draußen sitzen, einladender Poolbereich. Angenehme weitere Gäste, ruhig und gepflegt. Nicht ganz zentral gelegen, aber alles gut erreichbar. Mehrere schöne Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine großartige Woche!

la casa era lo que esperabamos , todo estaba limpio y bien .la unica pega que le pongo es la hira de entrada y de salida , las 16 h para entrar es muy tarde te rompe todo el dia y ni decir tiene la de salida , las 10 de la mañana , tienes que limpiar, recoger y hacer maletas y marchar antes de las 10 ,porque vienen a limpiar asi que el dia anterior tienes que preparar xosas y el dia de salida tienes que madrugar mucho, practicamente entre el horario de salida y etrad te gastas un dia de vacaciones y en mi caso a 197 € el dia , no esta mal verdad.

Hola Julen, I am pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay and had a great time. Just for clarification; the check out time is at 10 AM on departure day but if you would have contacted me in advance we could potentially agreed a later check out. Additionally, you stayed 11 days (half day only at arrival and until 10 AM on departure day) and that equals 10 nights. It is the nights that is being charged.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Daniel's very well equipped apartment. The place was clean, tidy and has a lovely outdoor area with bbq and roof terrace that has the sun all day. I emailed Daniel a couple of times during our stay for taxi suggestions and he replied straight away. Perfect place for a family of four with two teenagers. You couldn't ask for a better location right between Burriana and Nerjas old town. I suggest to anyone coming from the airport to pre book your taxis as it is alot cheaper also use big mercadona for big shopping (they even phoned a taxi for us to get back with our bags).
We are a family of four, two adults and two children, living in the southern parts of Sweden but trying to be in Nerja as often as possible.
Why they chose this property
The property is located between the Balcony of Europe and the beautiful and very popular Burriana Beach. Hence it provides short distance to both the beach as well as shops and restaurants. At the same time it is a quiet residential area (about 200m away from the famous Parador Hotel).
What makes this property unique
The house is our second home and we try to go here as often as possible. The location of the house with short walking distances to basically everything you would need at the same being located in a quiet area is a great advantage. Especially the privacy in the private and enclosed garden yet only being 20 meters away from the community pool area is something we really love with the house.
Nerja is the perfect place, here you can relax on sandy beaches, eat at excellent restaurants, as well as the plenty of things to keep one entertained. This all within short walking distance from our property.
Even if you do not have a young family Nerja is still a place where you can relax on sandy beaches, eat at excellent restaurants, as well as the plenty of things to keep one entertained in the area. This all within short walking distance.
