The aforementioned house is accessed via an automated gate with ample parking and no. 2 external wooden verandas, external shower with hot water and garden with citrus plants. The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned open space (kitchen / living room) and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are nr. 3 bedrooms including 2 for double use.
