This is an independent house of new construction on two floors, divided into living and sleeping areas. The aforementioned house is accessed via an automated gate with ample parking and no. 2 external wooden verandas, external shower with hot water and garden with citrus plants. The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned open space (kitchen / living room) and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are nr. 3 bedrooms including 2 for double use. A stone's throw from the UPIM supermarket and the renowned seaside town of Soverato. About 2 km from the sea.
