With a capacity for 6 people, it is located just 150 meters from the beach in a community area with a swimming pool. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and mosquito nets for added comfort.



On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen, a toilet, and a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, television, and access to the terrace and private garden, which is fenced and equipped with furniture, awning, and barbecue.



On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a suite with an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. All windows have mosquito nets, and the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.



The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Additionally, the house has a small garage perfect for storing beach items and other objects.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine. 3 Wochen Daro 3 D 39 Sommerferien Juli 2024

Lage, Lage, Lage !!! Die Lage der Ferienhäuser hat uns erneut begeistert! Mal eben zum Strand und wieder zurück in wenigen Minuten! Top! Diesmal ein Haus mit Mückenschutz an den Fenstern (bis auf die Terassentür - leider defekt - dadurch kein optimaler Schutz, da die Mücken sich dann doch ihren Weg bahnen!) Einrichtung funktional, schlicht, aber dennoch geschmackvoll! Markise über der Terrasse! Dusche und Badewanne mit fester Duschwand! Leider ist die Küche doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir mussten direkt i den ersten Tagen feststellen, dass der Backofen nicht nutzbar ist, da er nach wenigen Minuten extrem heiss wird, so dass alles verbrennt und bzw. der Ofen sich dann abstellt! Dieses Problem haben wir direkt bei Linda bemängelt! Es wurde auch prompt ein Techniker geschickt, der uns den Rat gab, die Betriebstemperatur deutlich runterzufahren. Leider hat sich dadurch das Problem nicht gelöst, der Ofen verhält sich wie zuvor beschrieben! Nach Rücksprache mit den Eigentümern waren diese nicht bereit ein neues Gerät zu installieren.. sie wollen diese Saison abwarten! Das hat uns sehr verärgert, da wir den Backofen gerne öfter genutzt hätten!!! In einem anderen der Reihenhäuser, welches wir im Jahr zuvor mieteten, gab es auch Probleme mit dem Ofen, diese Eigentümer haben ihn umgehend ersetzt! Mit der Küche waren wir allgemein nicht besonders zufrieden. Sie ist über 20 Jahre alt, und das merkt man auch !!! Insgesamt finden wir das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zunehmend unattraktiver!! Dieses Jahr mussten wir mehr zahlen, obwohl wir nur eine Wocbe später als im Vorjahr gemietet hatten!

2025 Eigentümer hat einen neuen Backofen und induktion Kochfeld installiert! Danke für Ihre Meinung und Ihr Erfahrung in diesem Haus. Wir hoffen Sie in Mas Pinell wieder zu sehen. Heerlijk huis, op fantastische locatie, je loopt zo het strand op.

Vlak aan zee De parkeerruimte in de straat is heel krap en de straat loopt dood dus je moet er achterwaarts weer uit.. dan vond ik jammer maar dat is helaas niet op te lossen. En het zal wel praktisch zijn als je een broodje oid in de buurt kan kopen, de eerste supermarkt met bakker ligt op 6km dat is echt een nadeel als je niet de nabijgelegen camping op kan..

bedankt voor jullie verblijf, de parkeerplekken zijn gelimiteerd en er is een parceel beschikbaar om te parkeren, ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het huis.

Familienurlaub

Wir machen seit mehreren Jahren Urlaub in den Daro 3D Häusern, in der 39 waren wir das erste Mal. Besonders angenehm waren die Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafräumen. Bei den Nachttemperaturen sehr hilfreich. Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend für einen Urlaub. Wir hätten mehr Gläser bei Belegung mit 6 Personen benötigt. Gerne auch Longdrink Gläser für ein Getränk am Abend.

Magnifico apartamento cerca de la playa

El apartamento es muy completo y no le falta detalle: plancha, cafetera, tostadora, lavadora, lavavajillas, nevera grande, batidora, ventiladores… Es ideal para unas vacaciones en familia, ya que tiene 2 baños completos y un aseo. Está a 2 min de una playa muy bonita y muy cerca de l’Estartit. Además, admite mascota. Nuestra perrita se lo ha pasado genial por los alrededores. Aspectos a mejorar: las almohadas son muy antiguas, están viejas y amarillas, las cisternas de los cuartos de baño de arriba no funcionan bien, suerte que mi padre es un manitas y pudo hacer un apaño. La cama supletoria no es adecuada para niños de más de 10 años, sería conveniente poner un sofá cama. Y por último el agua caliente y la presión de la ducha, éramos 7 personas y solo se podían duchar con agua caliente 2 y tardaba en volver a cargarse. Además que no hay presión suficiente para lavarse correctamente.

gracias por compartir vuestra experiencia. Revisemos la instalacion de agua, que en Mas Pinell el agua es muy dura y tiene mucho cal, ya esta hecho una limpieza de flexos y filtros y asi ha vuelta la presion. La casa esta decorada para 6 personas y la cama supletoria puesto extra es efectivamente para un niño pequeño. Las almohadas hemos cambiados por nuevas. Esperemos que nos vemos otra vez en Mas Pinell para disfrutar de las vacaciones en familia y ademas con mascota!

Zona ubicació i zona comunitat Vaig llegir q feien canvi de llençols un cop per setmana, jo vaig estar dos setmanes i no els van canviar.

Gracies per vostre estancia, cada divendres, com explicat al manual, farem el canvi de llençols, els inquilins han de portarles a recepcio i rebren un pack de recanvi, amb cualsevol dubte teniue el numero de contacte amb Whatsapp

El alojamiento ideal, el trato durante nuestra estancia, por parte de la dirección, ha sido espléndido. No tenemos ninguna queja. Agradecimiento especial a Linda. Que nuevamente se volviera a abrir un supermercado para realizar las compras rápidas y lo olvidado, en un primer momento.
