Accommodation with a capacity for 6 people equipped with air conditioning located just 300 meters from the beach, offering easy access to the coast. Additionally, it has a communal pool to ensure a pleasant stay.



The house is distributed over three floors, with the ground floor being the place where you will find the cozy living-dining room with satellite TV (Spanish, English, German, and French) and direct access to the private terrace-garden with furniture, sunbeds, and barbecue. On this floor, you will also find the independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, (small) refrigerator, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, washing machine, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, minipimer, and toaster. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this floor.



On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, both with air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom with shower and washbasin is also located on this floor, and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. On the third floor, there is another room with a double bed and air conditioning, with a balcony offering views of the communal area with lawn and pool.



The accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. From here, you will have the opportunity to explore picturesque nearby towns such as Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. Additionally, you can find a supermarket within 6 km and a wide selection of restaurants with delicious local cuisine within 3 km.

Casa ideal para descansar y disfrutar tus vacaciones

Nos gusta mucho esta casa, limpia, luminosa, tranquila, con la piscina al lado y la playa también. La única sugerencia es que se podría cerrar la entrada con puerta como el resto de las casas y así aprovechar también esa terraza para desayunar con sombra.

Der Service war wie immer sehr gut. Das Haus ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand und sauber. Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Pool wird leider nur einmal die Woche gereinigt. Irgendwann sammeln sich darin zu viele Insekten und das macht es unangenehm zu schwimmen. Vielleicht könnte man da ein Kescher zur Verfügung stellen, das man den Pool selber vor Benutzung sauber machen kann.

Très chouette maison près de la plage !

Séjour début juillet 2022. Nous avons apprécié la maison qui est spacieuse et bien aménagée. C'est un quartier tranquille et familial. La piscine est à 20 mètres et très très agréable, à bonne température. L'espace est propre et agréable avec des arbres qui donnent de l'ombre. La plage qui est à 5 minutes à pieds est magnifique, elle fait des kilomètres avec vue sur les îles Medes, avec les cours d'eau douce (le Ter un peu plus loin) qui se jettent dans la méditerranée, c'est superbe ! Les boulangeries de Torroella vendent du très bon pain. Les autres commerces aussi très bien. La région vaut le détour avec beaucoup d'activités possibles. L'Estartit à 15 minutes est très sympa avec ses commerces, ses restaurants et la possibilité d'un voyage en bateau. L'Escala à 30 minutes très sympa également. Les plages, le snorkeling, les parcs aquatiques, Figueres et le musée Dali... Viva la Costa Brava! Il manque juste une climatisation dans la chambre des 2 lits simples au 1er étage (mais il y a un ventilateur :) )

Nos encanta Mas pinell,por su tranquilidad,la playa.....la zona es perfecta para descansar y desconectar.Además de que tenemos un perrito y es una playa apta para ellos. La agencia que se encarga son muy atentos,amables y si hay algun problema o desperfecto,siempre acuden para solucionar. Lo que se podría mejorar,sin duda ,es que la casa está un pelín dejada,los armarios faltan alguna balda para dejar las prendas,solo puedes colgar,y las mesitas de noche sin cajones.La limpieza.......un poco dejada.....la terraza de arriba ,muy sucia y llena de cagadas de pájaros,y los cristales muy sucios.

El propietario tiene que arreglar cosas de la casa

Nos gusta mucho la urbanización mas pinell,y hemos estado muy agusto.La playa....la piscina perfecta......y la casa no está nada mal,aunque un poco descuidada. La casa es muy chula,pero tiene cosas que arreglar,La tapa del water de arriba estaba rota.Hay un armario de una habitación con un candado.Debajo de las camas hay cajas con ropa y tejas y porqueria.Las tuberias hacen muuucho ruido,(de hecho los vecinos de la casa),están enfadados porque no pueden hablar con el propietario para solucionar el tema de las tuberias que hay que arreglar.En el baño de abajo,hay una estanteria llena de latas de pintura........estas cosas molestan.Nosotros solo hemos estado tres dias,y en general bien,pero si alquilais esta vivienda por mas dias y no pueden meter su ropa en armarios....se quejarán.

Cerca de la playa

Cerca de la playa y bien situado para recorrer la costa. La casa en general limpia y bien No tiene cerca ningún lugar para comprar. En una de las habitaciones no hay armario y el frigorífico funciona regular, no cierra bien.
