Beautiful property

Turquoise Place is a beautiful property. Our 4 BR condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen was amazing and the grill was great! The kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as well as the beach.

The condo was perfect for our large family. The only two complaints we had were we were given 6 wristband keys for 8 adults and the security guard got way out of line with my husband when he did not have his on. The other complaint was a ring camera was present in the kitchen which should have been disclosed to us.

Great condo

This is a beautiful, clean, and very spacious condo. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo

This was by far the most beautiful condo I’ve ever been to. It was super clean and was perfect for our group. Will 100% go back there in the future! The view was amazing and it had all we needed!

The layout of this condo was perfect for our family although it was a bit used and abused.

The condo needs some painting and upholstered pieces need to be replaced. It seemed a bit used and abused. The condo layout was fantastic for our family. We enjoyed our stay, but the amount of money we paid for the week, it could be better. The condo needs a deep cleaning and the floors were dirty. Not sure how well it was cleaned before we arrived. We would consider coming back if these issues are addressed.

Great Family Vacation Condo/Resort

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Upon entering the unit everything was clean, furniture was tasteful and comfortable, beds were comfortable, the only thing I could suggest is to replace queen/full beds with kings. We had a problem with the a/c in the main room and I called maintenance, they were at the condo within the hour and made repairs. we also noted that freezer was not freezing and because a part needed to be ordered the maintenance crew actually brought in a chest freezer for our use. We have been renting beach condo's/houses for 23 years and this maintenance team is by far the best ever.! The balcony was large with a hot tub and bar b cue pit we thoroughly enjoyed both the tub & pit. The complex was perfect with activities for the kids, live music and fireworks on the 4th. Beach access was great Will definitely rent this unit again!! Total Satisfaction with Prickett Propertis

Excellent condo

The condominium was above expectations. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking and wonderful to have coffee on the balcony in the morning. We enjoyed a cocktail in the evening. The view was therapeutic. We will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great, big condo

The condo was beautiful and had plenty of space for our group of 11. The weather was pretty windy, but we still got some good use out of the wrap around patio. Having our own personal hot tub looking out over the ocean was a highlight! Any minor issues we had were handled promptly.

Beautiful condo

We have stayed in many condos in the past but this one was decorated and furnished better than any of in our experience. Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items. The only negative comment I have was the master shower needs a good grout cleaning along the bottom seams. Ther is some mildew present.
