Villa Nuria, Playa del Inglés

A very comfortable villa in the heart of Playa del Inglés. The villa is surrounded (except one side) with garden and terrace. Unwind on the terrace (with barbecue), or on the sunbed on your private pool.

The villa has a spacious kitchen with dishwasher. A separate laundry room with washing machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a lovely dining area. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has also a doble bed and a separate individual bed. There is an extra bathroom in the hall. Also a separate toilet.
In the basement is the 3rd bedroom (with 2 windows which can be opened) with a doble bed, with the possibility to add an extra bed there. All bathroom where renovated in 2023.

Shops, restaurants, beach, entertainment venues ... everything is within walking distance.

Our stay in the villa was perfect. It was close to shops, restaurants, bars, beach and the dunes. The kids loved the pool and pretty much didn’t want to leave the villa!

Excellent property and location

Lovely sized property for our family of four, the photos do not do it justice. All amenities that we needed were supplied. Within walking distance to Playa Del Ingles and a decent supermarket just around the corner.

A little oasis

Lovely property in a really central location. The villa was to a very high standard and it felt like our own little oasis. Ilse was an amazing host and was able to answer all of our questions. So many bars and restaurants around. It was a fab holiday made special by such a lovely villa to stay in.

Great position, close to beach and Yumbo centre restaurants and bars with supermarket just around the corner. Really nice bathrooms with great showers. Some furniture needs updating.Only 3 English channels on tv (2 of these news ).Only 2 wine glasses and 1 hairdryer in a villa that sleeps 6eechnnels.Only

In dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Ruhe, die schöne Umgebung und die perfekte Ausstattung haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir haben uns dort wie zuhause gefühlt - mehr geht nicht. Auch die kleine Fellnase hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit heimisch gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Betreuung!Sehr hilfreich war uns natürlich die App mit den vielen tollen Einkauf- und Restaurant-Tipps.Wir hoffen, dass wir alles bei unserer Abreise zur Zufriedenheit und wie gewünscht hinterlassen haben, damit wir irgendwann wieder kommen dürfen. Perfect setting for a 60th Birthday Celebration with Friends

We really loved this 3-bedroom house located in Maspalomas just a few minutes walk from the popular Yumbo Centrum. We really enjoyed how the living room area flowed nicely to the outdoor sitting areas and pool thanks to the many large sliding windows. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Electricity and plumbing worked well as did the internet (though its signal was not strong enough to reach down into the basement bedroom). Ilsa was wonderful with check-in and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. There was no need to rent a car because the house was so close to everything we needed (shopping, restaurantes, groceries, nightlife, etc.) We were in town for a popular weekend (Winter Pride) but it was still very easy to get street parking. The apartment also comes with one dedicated parking spot inside the garage gate. I highly recommend this property to future VRBO renters visiting the area. Five stars!

Heerlijke vakantie!!

Wij waren er in Maart, met 6 personen.We werden opgewacht door de vriendelijke verhuurder. Prachtig huis in het hart van Playa del Inglés. 3 badkamers èn een apart toilet was echt ideaal. Alles is op loopafstand, strand, winkelcentra uitgaansmogelijkheden wat ideaal is met tieners. Bijna iedere dag gebarbecued, heerlijk genoten op het terras bij het zwembad! Met 1 woord genieten!
