‘Anchors Away' is a Beach Chic professionally decorated 2340 sq. ft, 3BR/2.5BA private home in the luxury community of Seacrest Beach between Alys and Rosemary Beach on Hwy. 30A. This two-story vacation home sleeps 12 comfortably with 1 king and 5 queen size beds. The front porch swing and outdoor furniture make the perfect place to enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Guests will be greeted to the home by an open floor plan living area. The beach chic professionally decorated home has blue/grey wood flooring and Carrara marble throughout. Stainless steel Viking appliances, custom furniture, Stearns and Foster mattresses, 4K TVs, additional ice maker and Yeti cooler, and game room set this home apart from the other Seacrest Beach vacation homes. The handmade dining room table seats 10 guests, in addition to 3 barstools along the kitchen counter. The living room features custom 8-way hand tied sofas with seating for 7, a 65” Samsung curved 4K 3D TV with sound system, a 3D DVD player, and access to the first floor porch that offers a front porch swing, outdoor furniture, and a grill.

The downstairs Master Suite has a king bed, claw foot bath tub (with TV), rain shower, 4K Samsung TV, walk-in closet, and two sinks. The walk-in laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with the top of the line Samsung steam washer and steam dryer.

The second floor has a bunk room with 4 Queen beds, 2 TVs for gaming and watching TV at the same time, and a couch for lounging. The third bedroom has a queen bed, 70” HD TV, closet, and separate vanity and bathroom. The two separate vanities and restrooms are separated by a jack and jill walk-in marble shower.

Incredible family vacation hom

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and thought it was perfect for our family. The bunk bed room is perfect for kids and comfortable to spend time in. The front porch is perfect. Loved the downstairs bath with rain shower and standing tub. The owners were friendly and attentive. Completely recommend for a family vacation - 5 stars all the way.

Great Stay

We selected this property based on the highly favorable reviews and we were not disappointed. Property is well maintained, very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly want and need, and extremely comfortable. Love the neighborhood/community and its proximity to the beach and restaurants as well. Russell is very responsive and focused on guests having the best experience possible. A jewel among holiday homes

Everything in this house is high quality, the kitchen is incredily well equipped, large bright friendly rooms, big stable dining table with comfortable chairs, cosy sitting area at the front-porch, in the bathrooms are lots of towels. The cabinets and wardrobes are cleverly thought out. The owner was friendly, alway available and very helpful. We could have stayed forever and can highly recommend this wonderful vacation-home!

Perfect vacation on 30a!

This house is everything and more! Pictures don’t do it justice. My husband and I traveled with our 2 yr old daughter and the house was perfect for us. It’s certainly large enough to accommodate another family too, so we’ll probably bring friends with us next time. The house is gorgeous and perfect location to shops and restaurants and an easy drive to the other 30a towns. Russell was easily reachable and made sure our stay was perfect. Book this house!

Weekend getaway

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this amazing home. It feels new and the tall ceilings make it feel much larger than the pictures. They had plenty of kitchen essentials as well as beach toys, towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. We didn’t get to use the bikes but they looked very nice! The tram service made getting to the beach and pool easy! Prime location between Alys and Rosemary. House is on a quiet, dead end street. We hope to be back!

Wonderful stay

Out of all the many places in Seacrest, this was by far the number one rental. The owner is so thoughtful and helpful. Theo house was fully stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, bikes, chairs, first aid kit. The kitchen was like a chef kitchen with every you could need. Appliances if you wanted to cook for first rate along with the washer and dryer. This house would get a 10 star rating if you had it. Linda

Great week in a great house!

This house was better than expected! It was extremely clean and well kept with attention to details such as bedside lamps with charging station, Yeti cooler and cups for use. The instructions for the house (bikes, beach, pool, Wi-Fi) were easy and user friendly. The oversized porch was a great space to hang out as well. The upstairs had plenty of space (including large bathroom) and the bunk room was perfect for kids to sleep and hang out. Would definitely rent this house again. Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Russell’s property. It was our family of four (we have two kids ages 4 and 5) and my husband’s brother’s family with four kids ranging in age from 3 to 16. The cousins happily fit in the bunk room with lots of things to keep them entertained at the rental (bikes, gaming systems, TV, board games, etc). The older kids would ride bikes to the local shopping area and really enjoyed that mini freedom. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, and we didn’t miss a beat when cooking meals. Everything exceeded our expectations and any time we had a question or concern, Russell went above and beyond to resolve it right away. Owners like Russell are what make VRBO great. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in 30A. .

Ideal Family Property

My family decided to ring in 2023 in FL at Rosemary Beach and thought this property seemed perfect to accommodate our 4 kids (18–30), plus a boyfriend, and grandson. It exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect being about .4 miles from the center of Rosemary. The property itself was immaculate, but the icing on the cake was how well stocked the property was with everything you could need as a guest. Not only was their ample cookware (pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc), but they even had your core seasonings and cooking oil. While that may seem minor, it makes a difference. There was also a PS4 and Xbox in one of the guest rooms and a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker that was perfect for listening while sitting on the porch swing. The instructions for accessing the house were straight forward as well as the wifi passwords and bike lock codes. Kudos to the management for attention to the fine details and for making this a wonderful stay. This by far the best property we’ve ever stayed in.

Convenient and easy

Pictures accurately reflect the home. Location is perfectly located between Alys and Rosemary. Easy walk to community pool; tram service was very helpful for easy transportation w/ small kids to beach (I think private for the community) especially carrying umbrellas and chairs etc. You can also walk (beach is only a few minutes past the community entrance and across 30A). The private/public beach situations all along 30A is very confusing to decipher for visitors so I was happy to have a private beach for the community. Community pool seems well taken care of and is designed for young families in mind. The beach has the finest sand I had ever seen and felt. There are 30-40 steps down to the beach so don't overpack. Layout of home was wonderfully open and easy to use for a family with young children. 4 queen beds in the upper room were very useful (low to ground and next to a wall helps prevent young kids from falling off and getting hurt). Top bunks also have strong and tall barriers to prevent falling. The 3 bedrooms are all pretty massive. 4 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bath tub were just right for us. Having fully stocked laundry room was very useful for washing dirty towels and swim wear. Big kitchen table allows for partial workspace use. Nicely appointed kitchen with all the stuff you need. Basically took the hassle out of going on vacation. All you gotta do is show up and enjoy.

Sparkling clean & beautiful

As soon as we walked thru the front glass doors, beyond the beautiful front porch with full swing, we couldn't stop saying "WOW!". No detail left unattended to. If I could create my own beach house, this would be it. Location is perfect. Quiet street. Sidewalks and 10 second walk to the tram pick up for beach service. Bikes (6) were wonderful to use. Which we only do bikes every time we visit FL. Just top notch accommodations. I actually had FUN cooking 3 different times in that kitchen using the Viking oven and jennair range. Leave everything at home. Just pack your clothes. Everything else is waiting on you at 84 Endless Summer Way!
