Large and very spacious house for large families or groups of friends.

Just 15 minutes from the beach and supermarkets.

With private pool, terrace and a barbecue to enjoy meals with friends and family.



For the little ones right in front of the house, they have an area to play ball and a circuit to enjoy on a bike, skateboard or skates!!!

The house also has free Wifi.

The ideal set for your holidays with family and friends.With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From extensive sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or of special interest for scuba diving; Not to mention the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. A whole world of beaches to discover.

Belle maison à l’intérieur et piscine propre Les commerces sont à côté On est proche du centre ville et de la mer C’est vrai que les chiens du voisinage sont bruyants Mais on s’y fait rapidement Par contre on doit se garer dans la rue c’est dommage Mais il y a de la place devant la maison Merci nous avons vraiment apprécié cette maison spacieuse

MAISON A L'ABANDON

Très déçue de cette location : la douche ne fonctionne pas, 2 transats pour 10, 1 seule table extérieure cassée pour 8, pas de parasol, l'herbe pousse partout….. Le quartier est sale et peu accueillant. L'Agence immobilière qui la loue ne fait pas d'état des lieux ni à l'entrée, ni à la sortie et nous a prélevé sur notre caution (empreinte CB) sans nous prevenir pour une épuisette cassée, alors qu'on a rien détérioré…. L'ARNAQUE !!!!. Je déconseille.

Maison équipée simplement mais spacieuse. Ideal pour 2 familles. Bien située pour visiter facilement la région (sejour hors saison). Le quartier est résidentiel sans intérêt particulier, mais le sentier côtier est accessible sans prendre la voiture. Supermarchés à proximité, à pieds. Accueil très sympathique.
