October 14th, 2025- We have reached the end of a very full May to October Rental Season and we close our house until May...........Returning guests are accommodated 1st...then we open up any available weeks to new guests on VRBO about March 15t


Each year is a challenging year to find a rental property at Goose Rocks Beach with good demand for rental time from guests, coupled with a limited supply of rental properties. Do contact the two Companies at Goose Rocks Beach that handle short term rentals.... Goose Rocks Beach - Maritime Realty, and Sand Dollar Real Estate....and consider expanding your search to include properties anywhere in Kennebunk & Kennebunkport.....the Biddeford Beaches to our North....Granite Point, Hoyt's Neck, Fortune's Rocks, and Biddeford Pool....as well as properties in Wells and Ogunquit

2025 Rental Rates-

May 15th through May 25th, 2025 at $1,300/week

June 2025 - $225.00 night/3 night minimum or $1,500.00/week

July and August 2025 - $2,800.00/week Saturday to Saturday only

September 1st to October 25th, 2025 - $1,500.00/week 3 Day minimum rental

Our A Frame Cottage is located right off King's Highway at #6 Elwyn Lane, Goose Rocks Beach, Kennebunkport, Maine. The house has unlimited views of the ever changing tidal river known as The Little River. The cottage is larger than typically comes to mind with the term A Frame.........The first floor is a wonderful open concept space with living and dining areas enjoying a soaring two story open space. There is a complete kitchen on a 'galley' layout with refrigerator, oven, counter top built in four burner electric range top, dishwasher, and microwave.

The first floor has one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two twin beds. A full bath with a new tile shower back splash and new tile floor with a tub and shower combo completes the first floor. There is a washer and dryer in a small outdoor shed at the rear of the house.

The second floor, reached by a spiral staircase is a 'master bedroom loft suite' complete with king size bed, small walk in closet, and a 3/4 bath complete with a stall shower. The loft has two wicker chairs for sitting and enjoying the view of the tidal river and the ocean beyond.

The cottage was originally built in 1965 but we have maintained it and updated it with paint and carpet to ensure a comfortable cottage experience.

Goose Rocks Beach is a traditional beach community enjoyed by families for generations. The beach itself, with a public access point, is a short four minute walk from the house. The Goose Rocks Beach Association has four tennis courts right in the beach neighborhood but does require a short term membership. The Town of Kennebunkport has free to the public tennis courts on Beachwood Avenue 4 miles from the house. There are three golf courses with in ten miles of the house. Kennebunkport has many historic homes from the 1700 and 1800's and dozens of unique stores and restaurants.

Bruce was an absolute sweetheart host, he was right next door and there if you needed him . The cottage and location were just perfect. We loved the clean vintage vibes, it was such a comfy spot to call home for a long weekend. The short walk to the beautiful beach was a must-do every morning. Looking forward to a return trip soon!

Sister's weekend at Goose rocks

We had a delightful long weekend at Bruce’s cottage. He is a marvelous host and made us feel welcomed and pampered. He even filled us in on the history of the cottage and made suggestions for the area. The place was well stocked, beds comfy, linens soft and towels fluffy. We will return!

Scenic Cottage

The A-frame cottage is a perfect place to wake up feeling like you are looking at a painting! The tidal pool out front is very neat to watch. The cottage has a vintage vibe to it.......cozy. Overall, Bruce is a fantastic host! I can't wait to go back to Maine, and would stay here again!

An unbeatable location at the most beautiful beach, plenty of room for our 5 adults. The sound of the ocean 24/7 the smell of the ocean when you step outside the door. Sit on the front lawn and take in the wonderful view, or sit inside and have the same view. Quick walk to the beach. Everyone waves when they drive or walk by- but its on a very quiet road. Friendly and attentive owner. Everything is ready when you arrive- towels, sheets, etc. If its available, you are lucky-book it, you will be glad you did.

The property was very clean. Everything we wanted was in the house, all we had to do was buy groceries. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The walk was truly just a few steps away. During low tide you can walk out to the nature preserve from goose rocks Beach where you can find lots of tide pools to play and if you have small kids. The location was great and the host was accommodating.

Great Cotage at Goose Rocks Beach

We always enjoy staying at this owner's cottages at the North-East end of Goose Rocks Beach. Comfortably equipped just like home....... sheets, towels, and beach chairs provided. Quiet and a short walk to the beach. .......So my family did not leave me a house at the beach but when I stay at Bruce's I feel like they did!
