Packed with locally produced tasty English delights the farmer’s markets occur every Thursday in Hammersmith, and every Saturday in Notting Hill, South Kensington and Sloane Square (all reachable on local transport from the apartment or easily walkable). The famous portobello market (saturdays) is nearby too. There are two mini supermarkets a stone's throw away as well as a large Flagship Tesco Superstore. If you want to eat out there are plenty of popular Gastropubs and casual eateries nearby as well as wide variety of famous restaurants. Further afield (10-15 mins to the west end) there’s a fantastic and diverse selection of restaurants, pubs and bars - just ask me for more info as i have lives in and around the area all my life!

WALKS: Thames river with all it’s secret spots is a 20 minute walk away.

SHOPPING: The flat itself is close to High Street Kensington and Earls Court Road. Not far away is the famous Kings Road, Notting Hill, Westbourne Grove and the very modern and vibrant Westfield shopping centre. For those looking for is high end luxury merchandise, look no further than Knightsbridge (10 mins), where you will find the famous department store Harrods and neighbouring Sloane Street - home to some of the world's finest name brand boutiques

GALLERIES, MUSEUMS & ATTRACTIONS:
The V&A is just 10 minutes away. Next door to it is the Natural History Museum and close by, in Hyde Park, is the Serpentine. The Saatchi Gallery is very close too, as well as the Royal Academy of Arts and the Tate Britain.

Great base to explore London!
This very comfortable flat is well located, with a short walk to Earls Court and Sth Kensington. From these locations you can take the tube anywhere in London you care to go. It has everything you could need for a great stay, and our host was very flexible, friendly and helpful! You do need to be able to climb 4 flights of stairs. We’ll come back!

Very enjoyable stay in central London!
Cosy, one bedroom flat, well located in Kensington. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Good for two people, but be aware that access is via several flights of outside stairs that can be slippery in wet weather. We used the ‘Big Bus, Hop on, Hop off’ for several days and the stop was only 15 min walk away, as are tube stations at Earls Court and Kensington. Faiza’s service was excellent! She was willing to put herself and her husband to considerable effort to help us with a thorny problem unrelated to our accommodation. We will stay again!

Good location, spacious flat in London
We stayed in this very comfortable flat in South Kensington for a week in February 2024. Booking and check in were simple and any questions were promptly answered. We used the kitchen for mainly breakfasts and a couple of evening meals, very nice to have and well equipped. The living room makes this flat, it’s light with big windows, couches, travel books and a TV. The bed is on the small side but comfortable. We loved the location, easy to walk 5 mins to Earls Court Tube or get a bus. It would normally be a quiet location and it was at night but there was construction going on nearby which started early as there seemed to be everywhere in London! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future.
