Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Great location! Be advised: one of the 3 queen beds is very firm, and a bit low for geriatric knees, but otherwise the beds are comfortable, and the linens are nice!The kitchen is well equipped if you plan to cook, as we always do. Our kiddos enjoyed the toys, and we all appreciated the spacious living spaces!

We loved the property. Perfect for our party of 8. Downstairs bedroom, bath and living area provided space for family of 4 with kids. Convenient to everything that the area has to offer. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood.

Clean, comfortable. Location was great. Check in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was seamless. I have family in Glenwood Springs, and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend Amber and Matthew as hosts.

Great property. The rooms were very comfy and the living area was spacious and fun for us to watch the World Cup with family! The home is well equipped and it’s a great landing spot at the end of the day. Amber was very communicative and helpful. We were there for a family memorial service and she made it smooth and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was clean, comfortable, well supplied, and the perfect size for our group of 8 women. A worthy place to stay for my 30th birthday celebration!

The property was perfectly adequate for our needs. A couple of suggestions that would improve things. Bedside table lamps would be nice, and the thermostat would be better situated upstairs where it got pretty hot. Also, because we prepared food and ate there most nights, we created a lot of recyclables which, because there was no recycle bin, we had to throw away in the regular trash which was frustrating for our environmentally-conscious group.
