This is a wonderful apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historical building. The place is within 1-5 minutes walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The unit is Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and is close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are located over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursion and rent bikes or skies. Staying here you can easily walk to the most popular restaurants, activities and shops Glenwood has to offer!

This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO.

We enjoyed the apartment and it is right downtown. Parking was a little issue, the garage was closed for renovations but we made it work. The place was clean, convenient, and easy to find. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, which was nice due to the length of our stay. The downtown area is a little noisy on the weekends late into the night but we knew this prior to booking. The host provided a sound machine, which we appreciated.

This property was one of the cutest I have ever stayed in, totally my style ! Debra had everything we needed here and some, I laughed at all the stuff I had packed noticing she already had it all ready here, need a random zip lock boom there it is. Such a comfy cozy charming apartment right smack dap in the middle of everything it was all so convenient! We loved this town, we loved seeing a cute little movie night under the bridge, Rocky Mountain pizza co. Was amazing pizza, 10/10 would recommend this sweet little home to anyone, we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for making this place so comfortable for us :)

The unit was charming and comfortable! It was great being able to walk everywhere. Only challenge was the live music that kept us up until 1am Saturday, but that’s the trade off for being right in the middle of it!

Charming, spacious apartment in a great location right in town. The apartment was much bigger than we expected and was perfect for us as an adult couple, but also spacious enough that I could see it working well for a small family too. We loved that it was walking distance to all of the restaurants/bars in town and Glenwood Hot Springs.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The street directly outside is 2-hour parking 7 days a week, but we were able to easily find free 24hr street parking about a block away. Since it’s right in town, we could hear bar music pretty late into Saturday night, though it didn’t bother us too much. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!
