Modern, Cozy, Beautiful Space in the Heart of Downtown Glenwood Springs

This is a wonderful remodeled apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historic building. The place is within walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursions and rent bikes or skies.
This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO.

Kitchen-has coffee maker and complimentary coffee, tea and microwave popcorn.. We provide basics you need for cooking such as oils, spices, kitchen appliances and utensils. Kitchen has a dining table.

Perfect spot for X Games! The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and the bed was super comfy. You can’t beat being central to downtown and so close to everything. Parking was a little tricky and there are some stairs to get to the unit, but it didn't take away from the experience. We loved it and would absolutely book again!

This was such a beautiful stay! It is right in a busy area, so don't expect quiet. But it had everything I needed except firewood, which was simple to pick up. Responsiveness was great if I ever had a question. I really enjoyed being so close to everything that I could walk. It was a beautiful apartment.

It was such an amazing experience! Great communication for an easy check in, the inside has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, a spacious living room, a full size bathroom, and a nice bedroom for two. In the living room there are many suggestions for things to do in the town and such a cute book with memories from each guest who has stayed previously! We went to the iron mountain hot springs and the yampa vapor caves which did not disappoint! Will be returning soon!!!
