Modern, Cozy, Beautiful Space in the Heart of Downtown Glenwood Springs

This is a wonderful remodeled apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historic building. The place is within walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursions and rent bikes or skies.
This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO.

Kitchen-has coffee maker and complimentary coffee, tea and microwave popcorn.. We provide basics you need for cooking such as oils, spices, kitchen appliances and utensils. Kitchen has a dining table.

Great location in the heart of Glenwood

The property was just as described and very cute. The location was great - near all the restaurants and shopping and a short walk to the hot springs. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking was easy. Last minute we decided to bring our dog. I called Desiree to let her know and to pay the extra deposit. She was very kind and asked if there was anything else we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will be planning another trip to Glenwood Springs soon and will definitely stay here again.

The location downtown was great--we were walking distance from everything. The unit was really cute and nicely decorated. The full kitchen was really nice. There was a lot of attention to detail. Our hosts answered immediately when we had a question about the TV. The only downside was no dedicated parking, but the host was very helpful in letting us know where public parking was located nearby. We were able to park pretty close to the unit on the street throughout our stay.

The Condo was just as advertised. Only one disappointment was the washer was broke, but we found a clean and friendly laundry mate not far away. The kitchen was very useable as I cooked all our meals during our stay. My husband gave the TV a 5 star as he was able to watch his sports games ever evening. I give this location/home 5 stars. Glenwood Springs is a lovely walkable town and we enjoyed many of the local towns and hiking trails. Do not hesitate to stay in this Condo. But do know it has approx. 18 stairs so if climbing is an issue, it will not be the place for you.

Perfect Location

Great little spot right next to all the main restaurants and activities in Glenwood. Has all the essentials and a full kitchen too. Host was very communicative and helpful when we had to add an extra day to our stay due to snow storms closing the highway home.

Perfect!

This unit was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! It is located in the perfect area to be able to walk to shopping and restaurants as well as the hot springs pools and vapor caves. The unit was just the size for us and decorated well. We will definitely be booking in the future!

Perfect spot

This is a great location within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants. The property itself is located in an older building. There are stairs up with no elevator so caution to anyone with a heavy bag. As mentioned in the house rules, it takes awhile to get hot water. Overall loved the space. I would book again.

Perfect location for our wedding weekend in Glenwood!

We stayed here for the week of our wedding and the location just can’t be beat! So close to all of our favorite Glenwood activities and only one block over from the Grand Avenue bridge. The place was an older building and had a lot of those characteristics but with several modern additions. Very cute and clean place to stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Downtown Glenwood spot

This downtown Glenwood Springs apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the hot springs. The apartment itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts have thought of everything, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the view of the charming downtown area. In the middle of all the good stuff

The location is absolutely the best part of this place. The cleaning was good and furnishings were accommodating. Nice touch was towels to to take to the hot springs. Probably the low point was the bed, however I would stay here again. Keep in mind there are NO reserved parking spots, so if you pack heavy it might be daunting. Absolutely has great charm and character with walking distance to a LOT of food and entertainment.

Couple's Getaway

This property was just as advertised. It was clean and homey and the kitchen was well equipped. The location can not be beat, close to everything! Most of the time, we were able to park on the street right out front of the apartment, otherwise there was free parking about a block away. There are 25 stairs leading up to the apartment, which may be tiresome for older folks. We really enjoyed the town of Glenwood Springs and would definitely stay in this cute apartment again if we are able to come back to visit.

Noisier than we expected

Place was very clean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants which was very nice. Was louder than expected with traffic and people staying up late outside building and on street till all hours of the night. Bed was not at all what we preferred but that’s a hard one, everyone is so different. Owner was easy to communicate with and willing to change some dates with us which we very much appreciated.
