I stayed here as a bit of a stepping stone—I’m an expat who had just arrived and needed a comfortable place for a couple of weeks before moving into a more permanent apartment. This spot was perfect. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made the transition so much easier. The space had everything I needed, and I felt totally at ease during my stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming temporary home!

La limpieza de la vivienda muy regular. Ni siquiera un rollo de papel higiénico. La tostadora no funciona. Y lo peor sin aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor, último piso y azotea encima. Era como estar en un horno con ventiladores moviendo aire caliente. No repetiremos seguro.
Super endroit et vue magnifique depuis la terrasse privée sur le toit. Dommage pour les deux premières semaines, je n’ai pas eu du beau temps, mais ça n’a rien à voir avec l’appartement bien sûr.
Terrible hot apartment, need air conditioning. Kitchen was good and fridge. We coming, but cleaning was bad. Balcony and floor were dirty, we must cleaning ourself. I am now retired from big travel agent company over 20 years and of course I seen so many countrys ans hotels and apartments. First time for me mr. Trevor agent says, we left apartment dirty. I cant understand, so life is life.
Location agréable avec une belle vue mer ( 15 minutes à pieds) . Seul petit bémol pour nous, la chambre côté route nous contraignant à dormir la fenêtre fermée . La piscine est très agréable et grande. De bonnes vacances assurément.
Hélemaal goed. Het boeken was gemakkelijk. Prima contact met de eigenaar. Apartement was zeer compleet. Uitstekend om langere tijd te verblijven. Goed uitgeruste keuken met grote oven, magnetron, grote koel-/vrieskast, pannen, bestek, enz. Prima bed en beddengoed. Voldoende handdoeken, schoonmaakmiddelen, enz. Balkon en dakterras.
Buona posizione per visitare l'Andalusia.

I stayed in Trevor's apartment for one month. It has everything you need for a peaceful holiday. Lovely sunny balcony, close to El Pinillo train station. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. I hope I can return again
Apartment has great views, lovely sunny balcony & terrace, lovely and clean, has everything you require for a self catering holiday. Supermarket across the road, train station ten minute walk away, good bus links also. Excellent communication with both Trevor who gave us lots of information and the agent who looks after the apartment. Would definitely recommend a stay here, excellent value for money
This was a good wee apartment and had what was required for a relaxing break in the sun. The pool and surrounding area was lovely, well kept and a relaxing area to lay in the sun and cool down in the pool, open 10am - 10pm and closed from end of September onwards.
We had a great stay at Trevor’s apartment. Perfect location for transport. Supermarket next door was very handy. The apartment was well equipped but could just have done with a hairdryer.
In a good location close to supermarkets and public transport. Nice grounds and pool and quiet for sleeping. Loved the view from the balcony and terrace. Trevor very attentive in his coms. Maybe the apartment could benefit by a little upgrade but we managed fine.

Ville have været dejligt med en air-condition i soveværelset, da lejligheden er meget varm.
Trevor could not have been more helpful and accessible. the place was well equipped, especially for cooking. transport was easy in either direction 6mins walk. we toured around Malaga and over to Granada without exertion. great for shopping, bars, beach about 12 mins stroll. roof terrace great for late sunshine and even some on balcony until around 4pm, lovely chilling out and watching swallows. thanks Trevor for a lovely stay.

Bastante bien
Cuando llegamos en la casa (que está en el último piso) hacía mucha calor: con afuera 30 grados, para que en la casa circule el aire hay que dejar la puerta abierta y por la noche es difícil dormir porque no hay aire acondicionado.
Hay todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, a parte papel higiénico que no había ni un rollo, ni jabón de manos ni detergente para lavar las vajillas.
No pudimos utilizar la smart tv a pesar de las indicaciones del dueño: nos fue imposible ponerla en marcha, fue un misterio.
Como calidad-precio está muy bien, de fácil aparcamiento, hay también una piscina, una azotea privada y un balcón con toldo donde se puede comer.
Bastante cerca de la playa y de Málaga.

Caution advised.
This apartment, in my opinion, is in need of modernisation and refurbishment; including (but not limited to) an air-conditioning/heating, wall-mounted, unit in the living area and in the bedroom: propellor ceiling fans and propellor portable fans are not adequate, nor suitable, during the height of summer. The bedroom, in particular, was extremely hot and humid during my stay.
The balcony roller-canopy blind was faulty, as was the lift/elevator in this block.
The whirlpool tub was padlocked closed and, as such, was not accessible.
The location, El Pinillo, is serviced by the C1 Malaga to Fuengirola train line, but is a considerable walk from the beach front-line and there are limited facilities nearby.
Tolle Lage, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht vom Balkon und noch besser von der Dachterrasse! Die Wohnanlage sehr gepflegt (Gracías Ramón!) und ein wirklich schöner Pool. Der Rest ist etwas schwieriger zu beschreiben: man sieht ja schon auf den Fotos beim Buchen, das die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ist OK. Die Bilder zeigen wie es ist. Aber der Zustand im Allgemeinen und einigen Dingen ganz konkret war bei uns grenzwertig. Ich habe unseren Eindruck Trevor in einer persönlichen Mail geschildert. Die Antwort war nicht sehr freundlich und besagte, für den Preis kann man nicht mehr erwarten und ich soll halt in ein fünf Sterne Hotel gehen. Wir fahren seit 30 Jahren nach Málaga, um die Familie zu besuchen. Wir kennen die Preise und können davon berichten, wie der Zustand der im allgemeinen Wohnungen ist. Wir haben nicht das Geld für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, deshalb suchen wir immer etwas Preiswertes. Daher bin ich auch der Meinung, der Preis rechtfertigt nicht alles. Damit kein falscher Eindruck entsteht, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und der Preis von Trevor war für uns auch sehr gut. Das schätzen wir auch! Aber die negativen Aspekte kann ich dabei leider nicht ignorieren. Yohana und ihr Mann waren übrigens sehr nett! :) Auch wenn sie mir ihren Scooter nicht leihen wollte ;)

Santa Fe apartment
Was advised check in 1 pm. A day before arrival this was amended to 3pm. Arrived on a very hot day at 10 am hung around till check in time.
Was given apartment number. No answer on intercom after several attempts. Turns out we were at wrong entrance. We weren’t advised of this until contacting owner.
Managed to get in touch with agent/cleaner, who was still cleaning our apartment. This was 4pm. She said come back at 6 pm. No way we were going to hang around in the heat for another 2 hours. The area was experiencing a heat wave. We’re coming in, you’ll have to clean around us.
Apartment was clean, bedding and towels clean. Could do with a little updating. But comfortable enough.
Plenty of crockery, Cooking utensils, knifes spoons etc.
Apartment, no A C working, only ceiling fans and portable fans. Not good in 40 degree heat 30 at night. Just moves hot air around.
Apartment could have done with a safe, as anyone can access apartment from adjoining apartments via roof terraces.
Pool area very nice. Grounds are well kept .
All in all a pleasant stay, apart from check in hic up.
