Antico Trullo Ulmo - Private pool + Wi-Fi

Nestled in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica, the Antico Trullo Ulmo is a totally independent house, made up of 800 trulli and lamias, suitable for a couple or a family of up to 5 people. Guests will have at their disposal for the exclusive use the entire house, the private swimming pool (not shared), a patio with pergola, a private parking, a large fully fenced garden.
The Antico Trullo Ulmo is one of the few structures in the area to have a completely private swimming pool for guests of a single, totally independent home.
Guests have access to a free and unlimited Wi-Fi network, with coverage inside the accommodation and outside the pool area.

The trulli and lamias have been recently renovated, with the utmost respect for the conservative principles and the local architectural tradition, and finely furnished, preferring neutral colors, which give the room an elegant touch.

The Antico Trullo Ulmo can accommodate up to 5 people and is composed of a single completely independent building consisting of 3 cones and 2 lamias, communicating with each other.
- Trullo, communicating with the outdoor patio, used as a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed.
- A corridor connects the bedroom to the bathroom and the living area.
- Lamia, used as a bathroom, has a washbasin, a bidet, a toilet, a shower cubicle, a heated towel rail and a wall-mounted hairdryer. A corner of the bathroom is dedicated to the laundry area, equipped with electric water heater, washing machine, drying rack and clothes pegs, iron and ironing board.
- Lamia communicating with the outdoor patio, divided into a dining area with kitchenette and living area.
The kitchenette is complete with sink, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, pantry, dishes and cutlery, basic cooking facilities (pots, pans, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee maker), essential (tea towels, potholders, tablecloth).
The dining area has a table with 6 seats.
The living area has 2 single box spring beds, which can also be used as sofas, cable TV.

EXTERNAL
In the garden in front of the trullo is located the inground pool, dimensions 9x4 m, constant depth 1.5 m, equipped with filtration system and salt sterilization. Next to the pool there is a solarium furnished with sunbeds, tables and parasol.

Near the kitchen, there is a patio with a pergola covered in bamboo, equipped for outdoor dining.

The house is equipped with windows with black-out doors, mosquito nets and security grilles and there is also an alarm system connected to a private security service.

The water system is fed with water stored in a tank, suitable for washing people or things, but not drinkable (to drink mineral water); therefore please do not waste water.

The complex of Trulli and Lamie insists on a large plot of land between olive trees and fruit trees, completely fenced, with a private driveway access.

The lamia that flanks the trullo to the north is used as a storage room, with an independent entrance, accessible only from the outside, and is used by the Host to store the tools for the care of the pool and garden.
