Wow! What a wonderful place to stay in Lisbon. The location is great and the apartment was perfect. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Mariana was very welcoming and took the time to thoroughly explain the apartment and surroundings to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We would certainly book this accommodation again.

Loved this place! Ana was super helpful, friendly, and always available. She checked in during our stay to make sure everything was still okay. Beautiful place and great location. Our stay at this apartment was excellent! Prior to our arrival, all of the communication with Ana was very timely and helpful. Bruno met us at the apartment and was an outstanding host, carrying my wife's suitcase up the stairs for her (what a gentleman!), walking us through the apartment, and giving us fantastic tips about the local area. The apartment had everything that we needed and I want to call out a few of them, in particular. We found the beds to be VERY comfortable, the bath towels were generously plush, and the view of the Castelo de Saint Jorge was captivating. We would absolutely love to stay here again should we be fortunate enough to visit Lisbon in the future. Thank you very much for the stay!

A lovely home away from home in a perfect Lisbon neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay! Our host Bruno was kind, helpful, and so welcoming. We could tell the apartment was cared for with love. We had every amenity we needed, and Bruno answered every question we had throughout our stay with warmth and grace. We loved Lisbon and can’t wait to come back. We would stay in any of Courtesy’s apartments again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay!

Host was great. Best communication I've ever had with a host in the many VRBOs we've stayed in. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to the all the main attractions. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Laundry worked great. Bedrooms and beds were nice. Bathroom was great. The stairs are steep but not an issue for us. Great stay, highly recommend.

I can't say enough about how good our stay was at the apartment in Chiado. Ana with Courtesy Morning Apartments was phenomenal. She made us feel so welcome and even had some Pastel de nata waiting for us in the room. We were a little delayed and she was kind enough to wait until we got there. She was very detailed and the informational binders were very helpful and we took a lot of her suggestions. We frequented the 2 historic coffee houses listed daily :) Thank you Ana for being so kind and helpful to me and my family. The apt itself was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. It was well equipped for travelers with children as there were a lot of toys, games and stuffed animals in the room to play with. It was comfortable and a perfect location as it was centrally located in Lisbon and we got to explore a lot of places. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend highly.

Family vacation

Bruno greeted us and immediately made us feel at home in the clean, well appointed apartment. The bathroom was large with a beautiful shower. The beds were all very comfortable. As we were visiting during a heat wave, we took advantage of the AC which worked their magic. The location was in the heart of Chiado and convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience, Bruno! Lisbon was beautiful!

Just Perfect

Be sure to stay here when you come Lisboa!!! The apartment is immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and fresh bedding. Although the apartment was steps away from great restaurants, shops, open squares, and historical sites, it was very quiet. Due to the ceiling to floor glass doors on the front, the living area is flooded with light. Our host, Piedro, was very informative, helpful, and welcoming. My mother, aunt and I had a wonderful time and this will be our first choice when we return to Lisboa. Heather Layton Associate Professor of Art Department of Art & History University of Rochester

Outstanding in every way!!

Owner is first class. Returns emails promptly, set up a transfer from airport for us and personally escorted us to a place to eat breakfast while apartment was being cleaned. She also has a booklet in apartment which has details of everything you could ever want durning your stay (restaurants, metro stations, shops etc). The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you could ever want/need ( wifi, air conditioning, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, safe, Nespresso machine with coffee pods, large soft towels...). Chiado neighborhood is great place stay with great restaurants and shops. Apartment is quiet and on a dead end street. Owner showed us everything when we moved in and also reviewed entire booklet with us. She also had welcome surprises for us!!!
