Halfway between the ocean and Bordeaux along the wine route.
Beach-style wooden house built in 2015 so recent, all in a privileged environment on the edge of the forest on a plot of 1200 m / square.
consists of 3 bedrooms (140 bed), one with dressing room that can accommodate a cot provided by us.
a large living room (kitchen, living room, office area)
equipped kitchen (nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave ...... + grocery available in our drawers ...)
living room (TV with channel + wii and its games for children + board games)
terrace with garden furniture available at different places in the field to enjoy the shade or the sun at different times of the day (hammock, Chilean .....)
all in a completely calm environment apart from birds and frogs .....
