We are a professional family, my husband is a lawyer and I am a designer and realtor. Traveling, great food, museums, outdoors, skiing and tennis are some of our favorite things we like to do. Summering in Montauk and the Hamptons since childhood, the East
End of Long Island holds a special place in my heart. Recently, we fell in love with the North Fork and our spot and hope you love it too!

Why they chose this property

Fill your soul with beautiful views and the feeling of a simpler time. This home is art drenched with all the modern comforts of today. While the views feels a country/farm/vineyards the style feels a bit beachy Hamptons and the backyard could be in Provence. You will find this open space bucolic setting relaxing and convenient to all the North Fork has to offer - shopping, boating, dining, beaches and vineyards galore. Both children and adults enjoy the park like backyard. Grill, enjoy drinks on the porch, dinner on the back deck or on the large dining table flanked by the artists studio.

What makes this property unique

Modern, contemporary, mid century completely with artists' studio; are you on the North Fork, Sagaponack or in Provence? From the vineyards, to the beaches, boating and country villages this completely renovated mid century ranch dotted with designer touches throughout is the ideal spot to experience the North Fork and all its' charm and bucolic vistas...Enjoy sunrises or sunsets from the front porch, head out for a bike ride or a run to the Long Island Sound or to Local Vineyards just around the block. The house is a perfect getaway complete with bikes and games. The unfinished Basement is a great rainy day escape with Toys, books, games and art supplies.
