Cozy and bright semi-detached house with sea views and a communal swimming pool, ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends. It is located in the quiet and family-friendly La Borna residential area, just 1.5 km from the beachand 4 km from the center of Begur.
The property has been completely renovated and is distributed over two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. From the living area there is access to the terraces, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, one of them with access to a private terrace, and a second full bathroom with shower. The terraces offer the perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings and the sea.
The property is part of a community with a communal swimming pool measuring 7 x 11 m, ideal for cooling off during the summer months.

Haus mit Potential - fantastischer Blick aufs Meer

Gute Lage, sehr schöne und gut möblierte Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick, auch aus den oberen Schlafzimmern. Eigentlich ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen .... Aber: Das Haus an sich ist nicht "fantastisch", die Beschreibung - zumindest die deutsche Übersetzung - entspricht nicht ganz der Realität. Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus im Stil eines Dorfhauses. Eine Renovierung hat bestimmt irgendwann stattgefunden, liegt aber offensichtlich schon etwas zurück. Das Haus wirkt mittlerweile sehr verwohnt, die Wände sind schmutzig und beschädigt, das spärliche Mobiliar ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Wandfarbe und der Austausch einzelner Möbel wären nötig! Die Küche ist eher spartanisch ausgestattet, bei einer Belegung zu zweit ok, bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen doch eine Zumutung. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Geschirr in den Schränken leider nicht sauber - schade. Die "Zentralheizung" existiert nicht, es sind zwei mobile Radiatoren vorhanden. Der Kamin ist zwar vorhanden, sieht aber funktionslos aus. Der Kern ist gut - aber es fehlt leider die regelmäßige Pflege des Objektes!
