Pleasant detached villa located in a very quiet residential area, offering panoramic sea views. Modern and built over two levels, it provides spacious rooms and all the amenities for a perfect holiday.
On the main floor there is a large entrance hall, spacious living-dining room with access to the porch, fully equipped kitchen with laundry area, and a double bedroom en suite without A/C, with terrace access and shower. Upstairs, three very large suites with private bathrooms and A/C, two of them with terrace access.
The property features large terraces, garden, and a private pool measuring 8x5 m, plus parking.
