Beautiful property in beautiful settings

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment itself is spacious and so lovingly decorated, you feel at home straight away. It is also conveniently situated to walk to the beach or to drive to Desenzano, where it's easy to get a train to Verona or Venice. Patrizia is the loveliest host, there when you need her but never overbearing. Thank you again for a lovely stay. Grazie mille!! drive to Desenzano

Un piccolo paradiso italiano

It was a wonderful stay. From the initial contact during the booking process to the arrival and the very enjoyable days at Patrizia's accommodation. Patrizia is incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the first moment, you can sense her dedication to her small business, which, through her organized and warm-hearted manner, presents itself as a fantastic oasis of relaxation. Patrizia has everything under perfect control. Impressive. Everything is very well maintained and thoughtfully selected. The apartment is beautifully and stylishly furnished. High-quality and incredibly spacious. The entire house is excellently prepared for visitors. The garden is huge and beautiful. Many things are within walking distance, such as restaurants, the beach, and the village. It's just great to live day-to-day here. The car can be safely left in the underground garage. Another magnificent and, especially in very warm temperatures, luxurious feature of the entire house. There's so much offered. Patrizia has incredibly great ideas and tips to explore the neighborhood further. We lacked nothing, except for time... because unfortunately, even the most beautiful vacation comes to an end. But we would love to come back. Impressive nature, great accommodation, very professionally and warmly managed. Thank you very much, Patrizia, for taking care of us (towels, breakfast). Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gern länger geblieben.Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Herz und Hingabe eingerichtet. Auf dem Grundstück hat man mehrere Möglichkeiten zu entspannen und zu baden. Der Blick auf den Olivenhain ist wunderbar.Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Der Gardasee ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Patrizia ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die angenehm leise Klimaanlage – perfekt für warme Nächte. Patrizia ist eine äußerst herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Angenehmer, komfortabler Aufenthalt in schöner Wohnung

Everything was just fine!

We were very happy here. Patrizia friendly explained everything about surrounds, beaches, laundry, etc. Large kitchen, funny shower. Large and closed parking place. Pretty nice place, clean and not too far away from Garda. Also beautiful Brescia and Bergamo are nearby. For the offered price its fully OK. Can recommend.

A wonderful vacation

If you like country houses or not, you will love this one! Set in the silence of a village, it does not lack anything in the comfort of an urban location. The rooms are cool and spacious, the kitchen and the bathroom are modern equipped . We, the two families with two children each, housed here, saw a plus in the lack of Internet access (we had more time to socialize). 😉 We spent one day at Gardaland, Italy's most famous amusement park, nearby and the next days at Caneva Water Park. We did not miss the fun! In the afternoons we visited several localities near Garda Lake: Sirmione, Bardolino, Lazise, ​​Limone, Desenzano. The beauty of this places has impressed us! And in the evenings we spent quietly here at Muscoline, which for a few days and nights became our home. 🤗 I love this location and recommend it! But if you like the agitation, you have not found the right place. Our host, Patrizia, warmly welcomed us and left us in the house, did not bother us any day. I'm sorry we did not spend time with her, I feel she would have been a very enjoyable company! I'm sure we'll come back!

Viel Platz zum Relaxen

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende eines Dörfchens, etwa 7 km (15 Minuten) vom Gardasee entfernt an einer gut befahrenen Durchgangsstraße und ist einfach zu erreichen. Schon nach etwa 2 km sieht man Olivenbäume und Weinreben. Das Haus, (man wohnt im 1. OG) ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz. Im Hof ist reichlich Platz zum Parken. Im Eingangsbereich findet man Informationen für Unternehmungen, besonders für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Die Küche ist hell und freundlich, mit viel Geschirr ausgestattet, Spül- und Kaffeemaschine gibt es allerdings nicht. Die 3 Schafzimmer haben einen ungewöhnlichen Stilmix, das von mir bewohnte fast atemberaubend. Eine dunkle Truhe wurde von einem Schrank in eher zeitlosem Stil in blau-grüner Pastellfarbe umrahmt. An den Seiten des Doppelbetts stehen zwei weiße Nachttischschränkchen mit bunten Schubladen, die als als Highlight mit niedlichen Nachttischlampen (einmal ein Delphin und einmal mit Micky-Maus-Motiven) bestückt sind. Hier wurde ganz offensichtlich an die Kleinen gedacht, die ihre helle Freude daran haben könnten. In einem weiteren Schlafzimmer bringen bunt-schillernde Partyhüte Stimmung, die in interessantem Kontrast zum Bild von Maria und Jesus über dem Doppelbett stehen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön. Die digital gesteuerte Hightech-Dusche ist der Hammer. Ein Duscherlebnis der unbegrenzt scheinenden Möglichkeiten. Das Esszimmer haben wir fast vor Ehrfurcht nicht betreten. Stilecht mit dunklen Möbeln gestaltet käme das einem reichen Großgrundbesitzer zu pass. Um Umkreis gibt es einen tollen Winzer mit hervorragenden Weinen. Die Menschen sind generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Urlaub für alle, die den Rummel am Gardasee nicht mögen und besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Wir werden uns immer an die schönen Tage in San Quirico erinnern.
