Are you looking for a house to spend hours in complete relaxation a few steps from the sea? Come to Villa Marbeth and you will find what you are looking for. Independent apartment furnished with furnishings and with all comforts, large terrace and garden.
It is like feeling at home, the atmosphere is serene and the environment simple and friendly.
In the summer the proximity of the sea (about 450 meters) offers pleasant days to spend at the existing structures on the beach.
It is a strategic place for sea, lake and to enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation at the Terme di Saturnia, the Terme dei Papi and the Terme Taurine, better known as "La Ficoncella" and finally, but not least, visit the land of the Etruscans like Tarquinia itself with its necropolis and museum, Vulci and Civita di Bagnoregio, with archaeological sites full of history and, not to be missed, the beautiful "Le Saline" Nature Reserve.
The apartment has a large terrace where you can meet, in summer dinners, under an arch of bright stars.
The apartment, with independent entrance, has a furnished and functional kitchen, two bedrooms, with air conditioning, with attention to detail such as wrought iron beds, upholstery and matching curtains and a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower.
The garden is in common use, furnished with a large umbrellas with tables and chairs.
There is also a brick barbecue available for guests.
The structure is opened from 25 May 2019 to 05 October 2019

From Grosseto: Take the S. S. Aurelia towards Rome, at Km 102 take the exit for Riva dei Tarquini, then continue straight, cross the railway overpass, turn right and immediately left towards the sea continue for 300 meters. and turn the second left onto Via del Narciso Marino.

Clean cozy cared for place

This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. The balcony is huge, just like in the pics, and it’s possible to spend the whole day there thanks to partial shading. The neighborhood is small and very quiet. Elisabetta and Marco were wonderful hosts, making it feel like home away from home and always there for any help. Overall very recommended. Just don’t forget your swimming caps for the pool.

Villa Marbeth

Die Villa ist sehr sauber, hat einen weitläufigen wunderschönen Garten. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große schöne Terrasse, mit schönem Ausblick. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist da genau richtig. Wir haben die Ruhe wirklich genossen. Der Strand ist fast leer gewesen, was auch sehr angenehm war. Die Elisabetta und Marco sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es 10-15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es eine gemütliche Pizzeria mitten im Wald, 7 min zu Fuss erreichbar oder auch ein kleines Restaurant, das zu einem Hotel in der Nähe gehört. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war die Badekappenpflicht in Pool. Unsere Jungs wollten keine tragen, sodass wir den schönen Pool nicht wirklich ausgenutzt haben. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wirklich schön. Vielen Dank an Elisabetta und Marco.

Hervorragender Urlaub mit super lieben Gastgebern

Wir haben uns für diese Location entschieden, weil sie uns auf Anhieb zusagte. Die Preisleistung und die tollen Rezessionen haben uns bestätigt. Doch als wir dort ankamen war es alles noch besser und schöner als auf den Bildern. Elisabetta und Marco sind Herzens gute und liebe Menschen. Italiener halt. Man fühlt sich heimisch und man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer fremden Wohnung zu sitzen. Diese ruhige und schöne Lage umher, nicht weit vom Strand ist jeden Cent wert. Ich würde mal sagen Volltreffer in jeglicher Hinsicht. Sehr Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Immer wieder gerne. Die Villa Marbeth ist auf jeden fall eine weitere Reise wert! So macht Urlaub Spaß. Abbiamo scelto questa posizione perché ci è andata subito d'accordo. Le prestazioni di prezzo e le grandi recessioni ci hanno confermato. Ma quando siamo arrivati lì era tutto ancora meglio e più bello che nelle foto. Elisabetta e Marco sono persone buone e care di cuore. Così sono gli italiani. Ci si sente a casa e non si ha la sensazione di essere seduti in un appartamento sconosciuto. Questa posizione tranquilla e bella intorno, non lontano dalla spiaggia vale ogni centesimo. Direi un colpo diretto sotto ogni aspetto. Molto pulito e dotato di tutto. Sempre con piacere. Villa Marbeth merita sicuramente un altro viaggio! In questo modo le vacanze sono divertenti. Erholung und Gastfreundlichkeit

Die Villa und der Garten sind traumhaft schön, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt mit wunderschöner Pool. Die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man könnte höchstens das Regelwerk etwas verkleinern.

Ich danke Ihnen für die nette Bewertung und habe mich sehr gefreut, aber was ich nicht verstehe, ist die Beschwerde, dass es in meinem Haus zu viele Regeln gibt. Welche sind das? Bezogen auf das Haus oder den Pool? Ich weise auch darauf hin, dass solche Regeln in Italien von jeder anderen Struktur, die unserer ähnlich ist, angenommen werden und, besagte Regeln, geben mir die Möglichkeit, die Entspannung und Ordnung zu erhalten, die unseren Gästen versprochen wird. Elisabetta Vi ringrazio della bella recensione e mi ha fatto molto piacere, ma quello che non capisco è la contestazione che nella mia casa ci sono troppe regole. Quali? Inerenti alla casa o alla piscina? Traumferien mit Pool und Meer

Wir haben als Familie mit Hund super schöne und entspannte Ferien gehabt. Das Anwesen ist riesig, sehr gepflegt und hat einen tollen Pool. Die Besitzer Elisabetta und Marco sind herzliche und äußerst gastfreundliche Menschen. Wir haben sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Auch das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der nahegelegene Pinienhain ist gerade mit Hund ideal. Auch klasse ist, dass Kind und Hund überall auf dem Anwesen unbeschwert spielen dürfen. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen, dort Urlaub zu machen.

Wunderbar !

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool prima und der Garten wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Elisabetta und Marco waren wunderbar, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Mit Hilfe einer Übersetzungs- App war die Verständigung kein Problem. Der Sandstrand war schön, man hat immer gut einen Platz gefunden und für Kinder prima. Um die Ecke in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen war ein sehr guter Gemüse- und Obstverkauf der Gemeinde, wo man aber auch Brot und Croissants kaufen konnte. Eine tolle Möglichkeit war, mit dem Zug von Montalto aus nach Rom zu fahren. Das hat super geklappt. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Urlaub! Bella Italia

Schönes Appartement mit großem Balkon, Blick in den Pinienwald, durch welchen man ca. 10 Minuten zum Meer geht. Strand relativ leer, außer an den Wochenenden. Der Ort Tarquinia ist mit dem Auto in 15 Min. zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, herzlich und gesellig. Man durfte Aprikosen im Garten pflücken. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und der Abschied von der schönen und ruhigen Unterkunft und den lieben Vermietern fiel uns schwer.

Schöne Urlaubsort

Gute Saubere Wohnung, wie beschrieben. Nette Vermieter, leckeres Obst im Garten. Lage nahe am Strand, sonnst abgelegen. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub.

Ich freue mich, Sie kennengelernt zu haben, Sie sind wirklich eine nette Familie. Gutes Leben Vi ringrazio tantissimo della bella recensione. Mi dispiace solo che non potete aver goduto di una esplosione di frutta (albicocche), che si sono maturate in questi giorni. Eine Villa in einer abgelegenen Umgebung

Schöner Garten mit großem Pool. Etwas seltsame Hausregeln, zusätzlich werden Kosten für Reinigung und Verbrauch verlangt.

Guten Abend Herr Jürgen, Ich danke Ihnen für die Wertschätzung des Gartens und des Swimmingpools, aber ich verstehe den Streit um die Kosten für Verbrauch und Endreinigung nicht, auf der Vrbo-Website-Seite war alles sehr klar und es lag an ihr, zu akzeptieren oder abzulehnen die Bedingungen und sie akzeptierte sie. Eine Bewertung dient dem Eigentümer des Hauses dazu, die Bedürfnisse des Kunden zu verbessern und auch den Komfort oder die Unannehmlichkeiten der Wohnung, Geräusche, objektive Mängel usw. Wie auch immer, ich bin froh, Sie und Ihre Frau kennengelernt zu haben. Elisabetta Buonasera Sig.Jurgen, la ringrazio per l'apprezzamento del giardino e della piscina, ma non capisco la contestazione delle spese sui consumi e pulizie finali, era tutto molto chiaro nella pagina del sito Vrbo e stava a lei accettare o rifiutare le condizioni e lei le ha accettate. Una recensione serve, al proprietario della casa, a migliorare le necessità del cliente e anche a giudicare la comodità o scomodità dell'appartamento, rumori, mancanze oggettive, ecc.... Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Anlage sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Schöner Pool in tollem Garten. Kurzer Weg zum Strand durch Pinienwald. Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet mit schöner Terrasse/Veranda. Bad könnte etwas geräumiger sein.

Alles wunderbar...

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber mit einem großen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln. Elisabetta und Marc sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie sprechen weder Englisch noch deutsch- die Kommunikation hat dennoch gut funktioniert. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Dort gibt es ein tolles Restaurant direkt am Meer, das Villa Del Mare, welches wir nur empfehlen können. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect vacation

If you are looking for a quiete, clean, comfortable, perfectly maintained but convenient place for your family, you can’t find in the area anything better than this place. I ve been there with my family and kids for a week but I should have stayed longer. Thank you, Elisabetta!

Absolut grandios!

Was für ein besonderer Ort! Die wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit Blick in das Pinienwäldchen wird durch die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, die im Erdgeschoß wohnen, richtig perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf! --- Che posto speciale! Il meraviglioso appartamento per vacanze con vista sulla pineta è perfetto grazie ai padroni di casa cordiali e disponibili che vivono al piano terra. Torneremo di sicuro e non vediamo l'ora!
