Great lake view of central Lake Como offers an ever changing panorama that will forever enchant you.

Oleandro Garden ONE is located on the ground floor with the entrance directly from the garden.
This particular apartment has just received a lovely renovating facelift! Both inside and out, the garden il lovely and planted, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Entering Oleandro Garden ONE you are welcomed by the large living area that opens out directly onto the garden thru lovely large French doors and offers a great spacious feel. The living area with kitchen, dining area and living space is large, airy and comfortable.
The kitchen has just been totally renovated, is fully equipped and offers dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven. The living space is comfortable and accommodates everyone easily and enjoys the views opening out to the garden, the dining table accommodates 6.

The garden is possibly the best asset of this apartment, sunny, spacious and the best place to relax, enjoy a meal, sit in the sun and take in the every changing scenery. Large and accommodates table, chairs and two sun loungers that you can use here or take next door to the swimming pool.

The master bedroom is spacious and airy, a desk, a floor to ceiling wardrobe and drawers complete the room. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be made up into a double if requested in advance.

Residence Oleandro has a good size swimming pool. It is a shared pool with the rest of the residence. The pool is open from 1st June to 31st September. Every Oleandro apartment has their own sun loungers so no one remains without.

A private road leading to the residence assures no through traffic. Every apartment has its own private parking spot. Should you need more than one parking place we can arrange this as well.

We offer 6 apartments at Residence Oleandro, should you be interested in booking for larger groups the 6 flats can be rented at one given time, sleeping a total of 36 people, perfect for wedding parties and groups of friends.

We can also arrange special offers for larger groups, so please do contact us through our enquiry form and we will do our best to accommodate your party at the best possible price.

Toilettentür lässt sich nicht schließen

Der Türgriff der Toilette war von beiden Seiten herausgerissen. Beschädigung war so stark, dass sich die Tür nicht schließen läßt. Argentur vor Ort war nicht erreichbar und es gab nur Rückmeldung, dass Sie sich um die Reperatur kümmern. In unserem Urlaub ist nichts passiert

Family holiday

Victoria and Jacquee I can recommend 100% amazing customer service helped me all The way !!! Very professional arranged taxis , told us about bus, taxis ferrys, brilliant with us ! The pool was so cold needs heating!! and was a nasty smell in bathroom ! However the apartment so well kitted out Had everything you needed in it , also extra bedding which was spotless, Really cannot fault Jacquee and Victoria from love como , Victoria met us with the key and came on our last day so helpful thank you Simone

Very confortable stay in a great surrouding

Oleandro garden 1 offers a very good confort. You will feel at home at the first minute. The garden has been completely renovated and offers an exeptional view on the lake. We rented it with Oleandro 2 and 5 for a family event and it was exactly what we needed. The love Como team is very efficient and does her best to help you. We highly recommend it.
