Villa Silena is located in a holiday village, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub, its lush vegetation, a few steps from the magnificent Cala Sinzias beach and its turquoise waters.
Recently built, Villa Silena is modern and brightly furnished in shades of the sea. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room opens onto a functional and fully equipped open kitchen, opening onto the veranda and its lounge area. It is surrounded by a large garden planted with Mediterranean essences and has a private swimming pool of 8m by 4m.
For security reasons, we do not accept children under the age of 12.

Terrific home located in the South of Sardinia. Home was clean, modern, and well-equipped. 10 min drive to a nearby beach. Pool was clean and wonderful to have. Host is very responsive. Perfect home for a group of 6. Neighborhood is very quiet and beds, pillows, and shower pressure were good as well.

Amazing place and experience

10 out of 10! Sergio’s villa is wonderful for families. Clean,spacious, well equipped, super nice pool and wonderful outdoor BBQ and dining area. It sits in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach towns (minutes away ) We hiked and swam in the amazing sea. Also did a snorkeling adventure. Another highlight was a local fruit and vegetable stand. Highly recommend!

Nice villa near beautiful beaches en the lovely Villasimius

We enjoyed our stay in the nice villa. It was new and very clean. Nice garden and pool. Nice view as well. Sometimes you can hear the traffic at the road but we were not bothered with it. The 3rd room is a little bit small. But for just sleeping it was ok.

The most comfortable villa i have ever stayed in

Great experience and the best villa I have ever stayed in so far, I cannot fault this villa in any way we stayed here for 2 weeks it was a family trip armed at relaxation and we got exactly that. The villa is very newly built and it is at a very high standard inside and out. The communication between ourselves and the owner Sergio was very pleasant and the property manager Andrea very helpful throughout our stay even the housekeeper Alessia. There are fantastic dining areas just a stone throw away from the villa and a 8 minute journey by car to cost Rei which in my opinion is one of the best beaches in Sardinia. I've been coming to Sardinia for the past 10 years and have always stayed in villas sum being good and some being quite bad but on a scale of 1 to 10 this one is definitely a 10. My overall experience of this villa is very good and like to thank Sergio and all his team that have made our stay very special. Will definitely be coming back to Villa Selina. Santno..

Splendid Villa

We really liked our stay. Amazing view on the breezy terrace. The place was clean and well equipped and has a wonderful Swimming Pool. The air conditioning system was efficient and not noisy. We used it night time and it help us to have a good sleep. Bedrooms were nice as the Bathrooms with good water pressure. The 2nd bedroom could do with a topper mattress as we found it a little hard. It took us time to get used with the recycling system 😅 but managed after all. We wanted to used the bbq but it was too dirty to use it 😔. We thought that umbrellas would have been nice to have by the pool but it gets shady in the afternoon so we spend our mornings in a different beach everyday, which is easier to park and easily accessible in 10mn time. Sergio provides beach umbrellas (4) and 2 beach chairs +1 now as we bought one. Overall it was an amazing holiday for all of us. We loved The Villa and surroundings.

Great holiday rental close to the beach

Villa is located in a quiet, newly developed area around 10min from beaches, supermarket etc. well appointed, overlooking the area facing the sea. nice sea views included. the place itself was very nice and clean. Fairly spacious house with 3 bedrooms, all airconditioned, 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower. The living room is light with a well equipped kitchen. Internet (as per usual in Italy it seems) is a bit spotty at times but compared to other places we've stayed at pretty good: we were even able to hook up our chromecast device to the tv and stream video. The garden boasts a nice pool (although could be a bit cleaner), sun loungers, an outdoor gas BBQ and a washing machine. Supermarket about 10min drive; various very nice beaches the same. For dinner there's various options within 15min from the house and in Villasimius (a vibrant but in our view not the most beautiful town) but we found that it's actually worth the trip (~50m) to Cagliari and do aperitivo + dinner in the city. On your way there, you will be able to spot hundreds of flamingos that reside in the salt lakes close to Cagliari. Easy to combine with one of the many beach clubs/beaches at Poetto. In all, we had a lovely stay

Das Haus war ziemlich neu mit 2 schicken Bädern, die Einrichtung war ordentlich. Leider haben Geschirrspüler und Ofen nicht funktioniert, der Espressokocher war nicht für den Herd geeignet. Garten und Pool waren sehr schön und nicht einsehbar. Wirklich störend waren aber die extrem lauten Autogeräusche der nahen Straße. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster oder entspannt am Pool lesen ging eigentlich nicht, denn man hatte das Gefühl unmittelbar neben der Autobahn zu wohnen. Da wir extra Ruhe gesucht hatten und aufgrund der Bilder von einer einsamen Lage ausgegangen waren, hat uns das sehr gestört und lärmempfindlichen Leuten ist das Haus nicht zu empfehlen

Nous avons offert la possibilité à cet hôte de se trouver un autre logement puisque le bruit semblait être un problème, situation jamais relevé par d’autres hôtes ni par les hôtes des résidences voisines et pour faire un geste nous avons offert un ménage intermédiaire. Concernant le lave-vaisselle, nous avons retrouvé la porte déboîtée et dans un état dégoûtant, le four était lui aussi couvert de trace de cuisson alors qu’il semble qu’il ne fonctionnait pas… La maison dispose d’une machine Nespresso et le plan de cuisson étant à induction, il suffisait d’utiliser la plaque mise à disposition pour la cafetière italienne. Depuis que nous louons notre propriété, elle n’a jamais été laissée dans un état aussi dégoûtant, les coussins sous la pluie, les couvertures et les coussins supplémentaires rangées dans les armoires jetés au sol, les caméras de surveillance déréglées alors qu’il suffit de tirer la prise du serveur pour les déconnecter tel qu’indiqué dans les instructions. Nous déconseillons à quiconque de louer leur propriété à ces personnes.

Sehr sauberes, neuwertiges Ferienhaus mit toller Raumaufteilung und guter Ausstattung, überall gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, Nespressomaschine , Strandausstattung inkl. Sonnenschirmen und kleinen Stühlen, gute Waschmaschine, toller Pool - nur mit dem WLAN gelegentlich kleine Probleme, vor allem draußen. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen Familienurlaub mit 5 Personen. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet!!!! Das Haus und die Außenanlage war ein Traum. Es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt, alle Räume mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Auch der Pool war super!!! Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden, genauso wie ein Stellplatz fürs Auto auf dem Grundstück. Der Gastgeber super freundlich und hat auf Nachrichten innerhalb kürzester Zeit regiert. Auch der Hausverwalter der die Schlüsselübergabe vorgenommen hat war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch er auf Fragen direkt reagiert. Mülltrennung und Abholsystem in Italien etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig wenn man es anders gewohnt ist, aber aller kein Problem. Wir können die Anlage und Haus bestens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne irgendwann mal wieder!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Silena war super - sehr sauber, neue Auflagen für die Liegen und neue Outdoormöbel - sehr entgegenkommend was unsere Anreise/Abreise betraf.Schöner Blick auf die Umgebung und das Meer - tagsüber hört man den Verkehr auf der SP19 - dies hat uns aber nicht beeinträchtigt- abends fahren jedoch kaum Autos.Tolle Strände und Strandbars in der Nähe.

Empfehlenswertes Haus zum Mieten

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche gemietet. Der Aufenthalt im Haus hat und sehr gut gefallen leider waren die Matratzen etwas hart und der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ist auch nicht besonders hoch. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus auch die Lage ist gut da mann mit dem Fahrzeug sehr gut an verschiedene Strände (5-20 min ca 7-8 verschiedene Strände)

Danke für ihre Kommentare. Unsere Matratzen werden alle fünf Jahre ausgetauscht und sind daher neu. Die Wahl der Härte ist höchstpersönlich. In Bezug auf den Wasserdruck möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir uns auf einer Mittelmeerinsel befinden, auf der Wasser eine kostbare Ressource ist, die knapp wird. Freundliche Grüße Sergio

Jolie maison dans très bel endroit.

Tout était très bien à part internet au débit insuffisant ( pour mon mari qui en avait besoin pour son travail). La maison est jolie et très fonctionnelle, piscine agréable et surtout la localisation est parfaite. A qq mn d’une plage magnifique et de très bons restaurants. Je recommanderais sans hésiter à mes amis, famille etc…

Merci pour votre commentaire. Après vérification auprès de notre provider il s’avère que ce dernier a changé de fournisseur internet. Nous avons donc changé de fournisseur afin de remédier au problème de débit internet. Il faut toutefois considérer que ce dernier dépend toujours du fournisseur et du nombre de personnes connectées dans la zone.

Soggiorno molto gradevole

Villa Silena è moto bella e ben organizzata. La posizione è molto comoda per recarsi al mare: dispone di una piscina pulita e sufficientemente ampia per un gradevole bagno con un vista fino al mare spettacolare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche grazie al professionale supporto in loco di Andrea e Alessia. Da consigliare

Zentraler Ausgangspunkt

Das zentral gelegene, gemütliche und sehr zweckmässige Haus ist ein idealer Zugangspunkt zu all den Top-Stränden. Der Hauswart ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht auch am Wochenende mit Rat und Tag zur Verfügung. So ist z.B. das Poolwasser aufgrund der Hitze schlecht geworden. Er kümmerte sich darum, so dass wir den Pool nach 3 Tagen wieder nutzen konnten. Die Entsorgung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber auf der ganzen Insel gleich. Danke für die tollen Ferien und schade, dass der Preis so ansteigt.
