The loft apartment is situated within the small, luxurious Victoria Junction complex in the most sought after area of Cape Town; minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront, Silo District & Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA), De Waterkant, the International Convention Centre, Bo Kaap, Bree Street and the city centre. Across the road is the well known co- working space by Ideas Cartel.

The loft has a furnished private outdoor patio space for sun downers or morning coffee. The complex benefits from a sparkling swimming pool. Our complex offers the highest level of 24 hour security.

PARKING:
You can avail of free on street parking in Prestwich Street. There is also a public parking garage on Cardiff Street, (directly opposite Gate 5), just 50 meters from the loft. It is open 24/7, has 24 hour security. and the rate is approx. $1.3 per hour during the day and night.
