Strategically located for any need, it is only 3 Km far from the "Karol Wojtyla" International Airport in Bari-Palese and 5 minutes from S. S. 16 Bis, convenient to the city of Bari and any other resort in Apulia.

This apartment had an ideal location to access the train station, grocery store and beachfront. Our host Filippo was extremely helpful with check in, suggestions for restaurants and very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. Super clean apartment with coffee, tea, and welcome treats. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Very nice a apartment

The apartment is fully equipped, near the sea and supermarkets/restaurants etc. within walking. Rooftop terrace with stunning view. Very secure private parking. The proprietor ist very kind and always helpful. We can recommend the location without any restrictions.

Bari's Best

The week in Filippo's apartment was outstanding. He is an excellent host, checking after a couple of days to see if everything was OK. If we had questions about Bari or the apartment, he was available to answer them. The apartment is immaculate and it's located in a secure building and nice area. I highly recommend Filippo's apartment and I would absolutely rent it again when visiting Bari.

Filippo the host is warm and welcoming, and if you need anything, he is available to help. He even provided a parking space for our car rental. This very well-maintained property with 2 closed bedrooms and 2 baths is one of the best we have stayed in. It is conveniently located between the airport, train station and the Adriatic Sea. The grocery store is minutes from the apartment as well as restaurants and pasticcerias to get the delicious focaccias and pastries. There’s a balcony off of the kitchen and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city and the Adriatic The kitchen comes equipped with the basics and he provided coffee, tea, milk, cookies and rusks to get us started in the morning. One day we got some delicious grapes and another a canary melon…..delicious and very appreciated! This was a very memorable vacation. Grazie mille, Filippo, per la tua ospitalità!

"Come sentirsi a casa"

Sarò sintetico: consigliatissimo! Appartamento esattamente come da descrizione/foto (ovvero praticamente nuovo, molto pulito, grande, ben attrezzato), posizione piacevole a pochi metri dal mare e molto favorevole per raggiungere in treno Bari (la stazione ferroviaria per Bari è a 7 minuti a piedi ), host (Filippo) oggettivamente "super" (accogliente, preparato, disponibile, premuroso). Ci siamo trovati particolarmente bene. Grazie, Filippo!

PERFECTO‼️

Filippo is an amazing host and the apartment is just as shown in the photos; clean and spacious with nice, modern furniture. You won’t find a better host or apartment. Filippo welcomed us warmly upon our arrival, was friendly, caring and very helpful through our one-week stay AND he spoke very good English! One of the bedrooms has a great sea view and there is a large balcony, with comfortable furniture, where we drank our coffee and wine and just hung out. The kitchen is very well-equipped with Filippo making sure we had coffee and breakfast items to start our first day with. The apartment is in Palese, Bari which is two blocks from the train station with a ten-minute train ride to Downtown Bari. The beach is only one block away with numerous restaurants, bakeries and gelato shops. The airport is five minutes away. Since we rented a car, Filippo was generous enough to provide parking in the apartment parking lot which was securely locked. We felt very safe in the apartment and the entire area of Palese. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it❗️

Clean and comfortable apartment with lovely terraces within walking distance of shop and restaurants

This is a lovely, spacious apartment with great outside space only minutes from Bari airport - but very quiet despite its proximity to the airport. Filippo made us very welcome and suggested places to visit and where to eat. There is a small store 1 minute from the apartment and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped with all you could need for a self-catering stay. There are many beauitiful places to drive to if you have a car (Bari old town, Polignaro al Mare, Monopoli) but there is also a train station a few minutes' walk away from which you can travel further afield if you don't have a car. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Très bon accueil de Mr FILIPO

Nous avons passé 12 nuits dans la location. L'accueil par Mr FILIPO a été parfait, en revanche les conditions pour faire à manger pour 4 personnes étaient relativement sommaire. La partie terrasse était trés réduite pour prendre nos repas. Enfin le cadre de la location n'était pas idyllique : environnement quelconque, plages à proximité peu attrayantes (plages de rochers, saleté de l'eau et des abords). En conclusion, le rapport qualité/prix est moyen.

Caro Bruno, ritengo che se ti fossi fermato alle prime affermazioni, la tua recensione sarebbe stata più veritiera, visto che tutte le volte che ti ho chiesto come stesse andando la tua vacanza hai sempre risposto : "tutto bene, tutto bello". Quindi a chi leggerà questa recensione voglio solo dire, che quella sopra è stata scritta da una persona che : 1) Non ha mai ringraziato quando gli è stato offerto qualcosa. 2) Che non si è attenuto al rispetto delle regole della casa, andando un giorno a monomettere il termostato dei radiatori, facendoli accendere per lungo tempo, senza saperli più spegnere, quando fuori c'erano 30 gradi. 3) Che ha lasciato le luci accese del terrazzo superiore per giorni e giorni, visto che me ne sono accorto solo quando dopo diversi giorni, sono salito per innaffiare le piante. 4) Che ha lasciato l'appartamento sporco, senza soffermarmi sulle condizioni pietose nelle quali ho trovato le lenzuola. Adesso tirate voi le giuste conclusioni e non vi sarà difficile capire come stanno realmente le cose, leggendo le altre recensioni e trascurando questa qua.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Filippo was super attentive, friendly and very caring host. We forgot some clothes to the apartment and he was so nice and brought these items for us to the airport. The apartment is roomy, with modern furniture, well equipped with everything we needed. The terrace is cozy for spending lazy evenings. There are some nice restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. Filippo will introduce them. Overall very positive experience, perfect location to make day-trips to Puglia´s various sightseeings. Greetings to Filippo!

Come essere a casa...

Uno splendido appartamento, nuovo, con ogni confort. Il plus: un bel terrazzo ampio con poltrone e divanetto per le serate al fresco. Padrone di casa cortese e disponibile. Stazione ferroviaria di Palese-Macchie a 700 metri con frequenti collegamenti per Bari Centrale: si arriva in pochi minuti ad un costo irrisorio. Assolutamente consigliato.

di transito per un viaggio di lavoro, ho consigliato questa struttura ad un mio collega, il quale ringraziandomi per avergli raccomandato il posto, mi elencava diversi aspetti positivi riscontrati durante la breve permanenza. Cordialità ed ospitalità del titolare, ottima ed abbondante colazione (i cornetti preparati dalla moglie del titolare, mi diceva che erano SUBLIMI), ambienti elegantemente rifiniti, prezzi nella media. Logistica comodissima, a 3 Km. dall' aeroporto, 5 dallo svincolo autostradale, 500 mt. dallo svincolo della tangenziale S.S. 16 bis di Bari ed a 300 mt. dalla locale stazione ferroviaria F.S. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Modernissimo e pulitissimo

Siamo stati da Filippo ad agosto di quest'anno. Filippo si e' dimostrato da subito come persona estremamente disponibile, avendo i bambini abbiamo avuto diverse esigenze e Filippo ci e' venuto sempre incontro, abbiamo trovato addirittura il vasino :-). Appartamento e' molto bello, moderno, pulito, posizionato all'ultimo piano a pochi passi dal mare/supermercato. Siamo stati molto bene e torneremo molto volentieri. Se potessi valuterei la disponibilita' di Filippo con 10 stelline.

Amzing Deal in Bari

We spent three day sin this beautiful apartment in Bari. The seashore is just few minutes away, and the area is very green and easy access to major connection roads. We found two incredible hosts, Pippo and Marta who have been very nice to us. The apartment is very spacious and modern, I would definitely recommend this place!
