★ The building features a nice rooftop pool and sun deck area, and housekeeping service is included 6 days per week, along with 24-hour security.

We had a great stay! Pedro made sure we had all needed info to check in. Our place was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Beautiful rooftop pool! The location is fantastic! The staff was Great! Really enjoyed our stay.

Property was great as well as the staff. Unit was well equipped and very comfortable. Newly renovated kitchen was beautiful. Area is busy but very walkable and safe. Property manager was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Thank you Brenda! La palapa restaurant in complex was amazing.

Excellent location!

The condo was very clean and a perfect size for 1-2 people. There was a security person 24/7 in the lobby for security and the staff were very helpful for directions and transportation. There is a lot of traffic noise in this area so I was happy I had brought my earplugs for sleeping.Los Muertos beach was less than a 5 minute walk with parasailing and boating activities available there. The area is filled with shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. I definitely suggest trying the restaurant on the first floor of the building La Palapa. The food was wonderful!

Bring your earplugs.

There is an one-inch high by 8 foot wide gap above the balcony doors. It lets in all the street noises.
