About this property

The Hearts Of Old 3 bedroom in the West End

Welcome to the authentic London experience in the heart of the West End. This is a three bedroom, one bathroom home just few steps to Covent Garden. Ideal for families, business stays and romantic getaways! Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are in asking distance. Great location!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in Covent Garden. We were able to walk to the British Museum, the Tower of London, and the Palace Theatre from here. We had several great meals close by and a great coffee, sandwich, and pastry shop is just a few feet from the front door. The only downside was the noise at night from people and vehicles on the surrounding busy streets. Luckily we had white noise machines and the fans that were provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Great central location in Covent Garden

We stayed with our two older kids (16 & 19) who had their own bedrooms. Neal St is super handy for Covent Garden and surrounding areas so it's a perfect city location. We stayed in mid winter and found the lounge/kitchen floor quite cold but the berooms are fine - crank up the heat! The key on first arrival in a lock box on another street nearby is a little painful with lots of luggage, but doable. Well appointed kitchen and everything we needed for our stay.

Great location, great place

Spacious, very well equipped, comfortable. The street is mostly pedestrian and quite busy during the day but quiets down in the evening. Entry at ground floor, living room and kitchen at first floor, two bedrooms and half bath at second, bedroom and full bath at third. Keys are retrieved from a lockbox two blocks away when checking in. Property manager very responsive. There were no problems at all. There is a clothes washer but no dryer. Plenty of drying racks though. It was great to be so central to many of the things we wanted to see making it easy to stop in mid day for a rest full bath st third gloor.

Fantastic Location

The location is amazing. It's near Covent Gardens and Seven Dials. There are 100s of excellent eating options within walking distance, 2 metro stops, as well as walking distance to the British Museum. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and the rest of the apartment is well appointed. The only thing to note about the property is that it is vertically oriented. It is living space above retail shops. So be prepared for a lot of stairs. You enter on the ground floor from the street and the flat is spread out over the next 3 floors. It was not a problem for our family of 4, including two children (ages 8 and 10), but it might be a problem for very young children or anyone with mobility issues around stairs. Otherwise, can't say enough good things about the location. It served as a great hopping off point for our adventures in London.

Great Location

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was as described on the website as well as previous reviews. Pros: Excellent location. Walkable to 2 tube stops and right in the square with lots of shops and restaurants. Monmouth coffee right around the corner but apartment also had a nice nespresso machine with milk frother. We came in at night and were happy to find everything we needed (including milk) for our morning coffees. The size/beds were perfect for our family of 5. 1 bedroom is a double, 1 bedroom has a twin and the 3rd has 2 twins. 2 bathrooms (only one shower though). Cons: We didn’t really have any significant cons. I would only comment on a few things for sake of awareness: 1. A bit noisy at night outside. We were concerned that this might disrupt our sleep but amazingly it all quiets down fairly early (there are also fans if needed). 2. Only one shower. It’s on the top floor and you need to climb in and out. Not an issue for us though. 3. You pickup the key on a different street than the apartment. It’s not far away but a bit trickier when arriving at night (as we did). We were happy with our stay and our location.
