Magnificent T2 apartment high standing, fisherman's house overlooking more than 25m2 of exterior: 1 large south facing terrace overlooking the canals, and a solarium feet in the water overlooking one of the most beautiful canal of Empuriabrava (like on a boat!) . You can even fish from the terrace. Everything on foot (beach, restaurants, shops, bars). The scenery of Spain 30 minutes from France. 2 terraces with breathtaking views of the canals in the largest Marina in Europe.
The apartment is located in a privileged location in absolute calm!

The apartment is very bright, but stays cool thanks to its air conditioning and electric blind.

In addition, the apartment is at the foot of the Aiguamolls natural park (50m).

A private parking lot is dedicated to the apartment.

2 steps from the beach by the bike path, shops, many nautical activities and nature walks (several natural parks nearby). parking at the foot of the apartment.

Superb apartment completely redone in 2017 spacious, very bright luxury (45m2) for weekly rentals throughout the year.

The bedding was completely replaced in August 2018 with high-end mattresses, toppers were also added to bring even more comfort.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED: if you are not satisfied with the apartment on the day of arrival, you can be reimbursed if you wish to change it.

Leider stimmt die Beschreibung der Unterkunft nicht mit der Realität zusammen.Statt „beheizter Pool und Whirlpool“ gibt es einen in die Jahre gekommenen Jaccuzi.Leider war unser Gesamteindruck der Wohnung „ in die Jahre gekommen“. Nicht richtig gereinigt (Grill - Räumlichkeiten, kaputte Deko, Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage läuft nicht mehr wie geplant ab sondern tropft in Bächen über die Terasse ) um nur ein paar Dinge der „luxuriösen Wohnung“ zu nennen. Küche wie beschrieben-alles vorhanden.Schlafzimmer schmuddeliger Eindruck- leider auch das Bett.Das Badezimmer ist zwar sehr klein und ohne Fenster aber funktionell. Der große Haken ist hier der Abfluss! Sehr übler, beißender Geruch der ständig mit Abflussreiniger mehr oder weniger bearbeitet werden muss. Nicht der Bewerbung und vor allem Preisklasse angemessen.Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber leider wenig hilfreich.Fehlende Ausstattung der Wohnung z.B. sei hier stellvertretend noch die fehlende elektrische Jalousie genannt, wurde mit „ schlechtem Übersetzerprogramm abgetan. Viele Informationen sind leider „schlecht übersetzt“ - schade! Der Blick von der Terrasse in den Kanal entschädigt für vieles - reicht am Ende zumindest uns leider nicht um besser zu bewerten. Schade.

Leider haben Sie schon vor dem Betreten der Wohnung mit Ihren Beschwerden begonnen und leider haben Sie während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nachgelassen. Sie sind abgereist, ohne uns Bescheid zu sagen. Es gab nie einen Pool, aber einen Whirlpool (veraltet und aus dem Jahr 2023). Tauschen Sie die Whirlpools in Ihrer Wohnung alle zwei Jahre aus? Und was die kaputte Einrichtung angeht, weiß ich nicht, wovon Sie sprechen. Es gibt eine elektrische Jalousie; wenn Sie glauben, die Rollläden wären elektrisch, liegt tatsächlich ein Übersetzungsfehler vor. Die Lüftung der Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Sauberkeit ist garantiert. Wenn Sie feststellen, dass sie nicht dem Standard entspricht, was vorkommen kann, melden Sie es einfach, und die Reinigungskraft kommt noch am selben Tag wieder. Sie haben die gesendeten Dokumente nicht gelesen und auch nicht die Anweisungen auf der Website, weil Sie nicht wussten, wie Sie bezahlen sollen. Ich finde, Sie sollten 5-Sterne-Hotels Airbnb vorziehen, da Sie oft enttäuscht werden.

Uns hat es sehr gut in der Wohnung gefallen. Die Wohnung war Sauber und hübsch mit allen was man als Selbstversorger braucht eingerichtet. Unser hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank. Grüße von Evi, Detlef und dem kleinen Hund Louis ;)

Séjour à Empuriabrava

Cette location est très agréable pour un séjour en couple. Les terrasses sont un atout majeur, bien que nous n'ayons pas pu en profiter en raison de notre séjour tardif dans la saison. Nous y étions en novembre le jour tombe tôt et il fait froid le soir. L'appartement est par contre très bien chauffé.

Belle petite maison de pêcheur au calme, très belle vue sur le canal,petit paradis . Maison très propre et une belle S de B ,cuisine fonctionnelle ne manque rien ( à part une essoreuse à salade). Le propriétaire reste à l'écoute de ses locataires (ce qui est rare ). Mf E

Canaux d’Empuriabrava

Très bel endroit pour passer une très belle semaine. les canaux d’empuriabrava ont beaucoup de charme. les environs (Cadaqués) d’autres plus sauvages. l’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Séjour de rêve au bord des magnifiques canaux d'Empuriabrava

Une superbe petite maison individuelle aménagée avec goût et modernité, ou tout est prévu pour passer un séjour au top, la vue est splendide, le cadre magnifique, idéal pour un couple. Le propriétaire très attentionné nous a contacté en début de séjour, soucieux de notre bien être mais tout était parfait. Nous le remercions pour ses bons plans que nous avons suivis tant en matière de visites que de restauration. Machine nespresso très appréciée, amateurs de bon café, pensez à prévoir vos dosettes pour le séjour. La remise des clefs et l' état des lieux est confiée à des personnes sur place tout a fait charmantes et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour que nous renouvellerons avec le plus grand des plaisirs. Appartement très propre et refait à neuf. Bien placé à côté du parc c'est agréable pour se promener et du coup ce doit être bien plus calme que le centre. Bonne literie. Les terrasses sont magnifiques.

Rien à redire, conforme aux promesses

L'appartement est tout à fait comme sur les photos, une fois la porte passée c'est la claque, on a l'impression d'être ailleurs, un coin de paradis... La vue est à coupée le souffle et les 2 terrasses sont spacieuses, on a même pu piquer une tête dans le canal depuis le solarium... Incroyable !

Propriétaire aux petits soins, appartement bien tenu et au goût du jour, emplacement au calme. Terrasse et solarium bien agréables avec une vue splendide. Etonné par le nombre d'activités sportives et culturelles proposées à proximité, nous allons devoir revenir pour pouvoir profiter plus amplement de la région. Ce sera dans cet appartement car il nous a convenu en tout point, un sans faute.
