Beautiful rustic villa located 10 minutes away from the Sencelles town, in the heart of Mallorca and with clear views. 
It's distributed in 2 floors and equipped for 8 people. The villa has 5 double bedrooms (three with double beds and one with 2 individual beds) and 2 individual bedrooms, 1 toilets + 5 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all the home suppliances and a big dinning room with table and chairs for up to 10 dinners. It also have a baby bed and baby chair. 
On the outside there's a BBQ with terrase furniture, private pool with umbrellas and pool shower. Jacuzzi from 2019!!!!
For the entertainment you have bikes, TV, DVD/CD player and a small football field. 
The Sencelles town is 10 minutes away, you can find there the nearest bar/restaurant, pharmacy and grocery shops. Inca is 20 minutes by car and the beaches of Alcudia or Muro 30 mins away.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. 
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. 
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. 
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 25 € /night.
