The apartment is located in a beautiful and strategic position, in one of the most admired and photographed points of the city;
within walking distance are all the monuments and major tourist attractions; the sea and the beach can be reached on foot in about 20/25 minutes; the train station is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is complete with all bed linen, towels and kitchen linen: the linen is of sought-after quality and is supplied FREE. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional spare linen is provided, FREE. Beach towels are available to guests, FREE.
Also the FINAL CLEANING is free and included in the price.

The price includes the rental of the ENTIRE APARTMENT, with all the services available and indicated in the announcement; the price refers to the apartment occupied by 2 people; for each additional person, 10 Euro per night will be calculated; for children under the age of 14, € 5 each will be discounted for each night. The discount for children will be applied after booking.
In summary: Internet / WiFi, air conditioning, initial supply of drinks and consumables, all the household linen, with weekly change, final cleaning, reserved parking ... all are bonuses and services INCLUDED in the price: NONE ADDITIONAL EXPENSE.

The apartment overlooks the characteristic port canal (the "Porto Antico"), in one
of the most suggestive corners of Rimini; it offers a splendid view of the bi-millennial ‘Ponte di Tiberio’ and the ancient and colorful fishing village (Borgo San Giuliano).
The apartment is on the first floor of a pretty corner house built in the 1800s and completely renovated a few years ago; the house is a beautiful brick red color, has an ancient arched doorway, adorned with bricks; it has windows with traditional wooden shutters and an entrance staircase in terracotta, a period style. Entering the door of this ancient residence, and climbing the 18 steps of the terracotta staircase, you enter the bright apartment: all the furnishings and installations have been recently renovated.
It is equipped with WIFI and air conditioning and is furnished with care, in a modern and refined way; the colors are clear and lively, and create a fresh and bright environment, with elegant "marine-style" decorations.
The living area includes an entrance hall and a large room with kitchen, dining room and living room. The entrance, very welcoming, has a window overlooking the small courtyard, equipped with long laundry lines, very convenient for hanging linen, swimsuits and beach towels. The custom-built kitchen is fully equipped, tastefully finished and equipped with a dishwasher; the dining table is very large and the design chairs are practical and linear. The spacious and well-furnished living room has a comfortable sofa, a 32 "Full HD television and a mini-stereo. The two windows of the living area overlook the lively canal harbor and enjoy a splendid view.
The sleeping area includes a romantic double bedroom, a beautiful bedroom with two single beds and a bright bathroom; the two single beds can be joined, upon request, to obtain two double bedrooms. The furnishings of the rooms include wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, lamps, mirrors and support for suitcases; in the double bedroom there is also a small wall safe.
The bathroom has a large window and a comfortable shower box, suspended bathroom fixtures (toilet and bidet), a spacious sink, a large mirror and a large piece of furniture; in addition, wall-mounted hair-dryer, washing machine, thermo-furnishing and pleasant courtesy night lights.
The room with the single beds has two windows: one is overlooking the beautiful canal harbor and the other on the quieter side street. The window of the master bedroom, and that of the bathroom, both overlook the side street.

The owner will welcome you on arrival and will be available in case of need. At departure, you will be free to leave the house on your own, within the time limit set for check-out.
The owner will inform you about events and parties planned in the city and on the Riviera and, if you wish, she will be happy to accompany you for free in an orientation tour of the most beautiful areas of the city and the sea.

The apartment is located in the center of one of the liveliest and most ‘cool’ areas of Rimini:
just in front of its windows start two beautiful pedestrian paths, for romantic walks in one of the most loved areas of the city: the walkway suspended along the walls of the ‘Porto Antico’ leads to the ‘Ponte di Tiberio’, avoiding cars; just beyond the bridge rises the beautiful ‘Piazza sull’Acqua’, which offers relaxation in the green, beautiful sunsets and a breathtaking view. A floating walkway crosses the canal and leads directly into the heart of the 'Borgo San Giuliano': here, among the colorful alleys and painted houses, there are the most fashionable shops, taverns and clubs. Leaving the house on foot, in a few minutes you can reach all the main monuments and the most interesting places in the city:

The city of Rimini, the riviera and the hinterland can be easily visited also by bicycle, thanks to the numerous cycle paths: if you have not brought your bicycles with you, you can easily rent them at one of the bike rental points in the city and on the promenade.
