The house stands out for its light and outdoor areas. There is a garden area at the entrance with garden furniture and umbrellas ideal for any meal. There is also a terrace that overlooks the communal pool and garden with its table and 6 chairs. Upstairs leaving the main room there is a large solarium.

It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the house style is modern. The main room is equipped with a double bed while the room below has a trundle bed for 2 people. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Each room has a drawer cabinet and fitted wardrobes lined and finished with its beds and bars and clothes hangers.

In the living room and main room there are air conditioning machines and also ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped to feel at home with crockery and holes and cutlery for 6 people. The appliances at home are the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle etc. The washing machine is in the solarium on the first floor. There is a guest book detailing everything you need to know about the operation of appliances, the house and the area.

There is an iron, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and also a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

During the months of July and August the WIFI connection is included in the rent. In the other months there is an additional charge.

The house is in a private residential with a well-kept community pool and garden area. The complex has only 30 homes and most are foreigners which means that it is always very quiet, even in July and August. The surroundings are also wide avenues and also is always quiet and bright. There are shopping and entertainment areas nearby but not so close to cause no discomfort or noise, that is, a house to spend a quiet holiday.
There is a charge of 80 Euros for cleaning and 250 Euros for a refundable damage protection deposit that will be paid before arrival.

IMPORTANT: Please do not leave the air machines on when they are not in the house. If we see excessive use of light during your stay, we will have to deduct it from the deposit.
