About this property
Villa on the beach of La Barrosa. First track zone
Accommodation
Detached villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located 100m from the Playa de la Barrosa, in the area of the first track. Plot of 500 m2 (with portable barbecue, trampoline for children and parking).
The ground floor consists of large living room, fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, bedroom, pantry and bathroom with shower. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, (one with two single beds, one with a double bed and the third with a double bunk bed), bathroom with bathtub and terrace with views.
The villa is rented with bed linen and towels according to the number of occupants provided and fully equipped for use. Located 100m from the beach of La Barrosa, and the promenade. Nearby there are various grocery stores. Going down to the promenade, we have typical food bars and summer stalls. It has Wifi. Possibility of installing portable pool.
The environment
La Barrosa is an ideal beach to travel with family and friends. It is a quiet area and a huge playground for children. The area itself is a magnificent natural environment ideal for outdoor activities.
The house is located in a residential area where vehicles can not drive at speed and the descent to the beach from it is very comfortable.
July and August, only fortnights.
