Une semaine en famille

Je vais contredire certains commentaires. Tout d’abord, la communication avec la propriétaire a été très bien. Ensuite, pour ce qui est de l’emplacement du logement, nous avons été séduit par le calme. Ensuite, certes ce n’est pas un logement 5* mais il y a Tout le nécessaire pour se sentir parfaitement bien. Et pour finir, l’accueil de Mm la belle-fille 😊: sourire, visite de la maison, explication… Tout y était. Je remercie Mm Lamonzie et au plaisir de revenir chez vous. A bientôt Chris et Phil

Séjour agréable en Dordogne, gîte à améliorer

Gîte conforme à la description, à l'exception de deux chambres en enfilade, non signalées. Salle d'eau incluant toilettes très exigüe. En fait gîte mal adapté pour quatre adultes. Grande cour pour y mettre sa voiture et pour nous une remorque. On est chez soi. Espace vacancier mal délimité, par exemple lave linge au sous-sol mi enterré dans un local qui semblait habité. Beau jardin, bonne situation pour les visites dans la région. Randonnées agréables et tranquilles à proximité.

Propriétaire très effacée et hygiène à revoir

Le séjour était bien, nous avons vu de magnifiques choses dans la région. Dommage que la maison était fermée depuis longtemps (odeur de renfermé) et pas nettoyée (poussières et saleté), on a dû nettoyer avant de poser nos affaires. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer la propriétaire, juste sa belle-fille qui nous a fait visiter rapidement le gîte et personne à notre départ (pas d'état des lieux). Manque d'informations dans l'annonce, locataire de la seconde partie de la maison, non spécifié, et le gîte n'est pas du tout à Sarlat même, il faut faire 15 minutes de voiture pour accéder aux commerces.
