Villa San Giorgio -Villas for Rent Cinisi, Sicily, Italy

The Villa is complete with every comfort. The kitchen is complete with all utensils. At the sleeping area is accessed from livingroom with through a cantilever ladder. All 4 bedrooms in the Villa have sea views and a terrace. The 5th bedroom is located in the annex next to the pool. All areas of the Villa including Swimming Pool are open to guests. On the terrace under the pool c is a children's area in an English lawn with children's playgrounds i Interaction with guests. We do not live in the Villa but we hold and trust a great deal of interaction with the guests. Then we are present when there is a need. Other things to note the house is also equipped with a dog canopy. Pets are welcome but can only use the outside areas.

Ocean view

The property is very impressive much larger than the pictures can do it justice. Great outdoor balcony for looking at the ocean.

Amazing

The host was amazing and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The pool was clean, great beach watching and if you want to go it is just across the street. Great views. Close to the marina and cinisi. Great space for family. Will definitely be back!

Lovely beach-side villa

Lovely property, plenty of room, could do with some new shower heads! Buzzing with beach action just over the road. Pool lovely. Sunset views amazing! Disco down the road noisy at weekends. Easy to walk to town.

The house is ecclectic to say the least. Needs a fair bit of work, but overall more than OK for our stay. The kitchen probably needs the most work. No central A/C but each bedroom has a mini-split, so it was comfortable for sleeping. The porch facing the beach was positively perfect for morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. Getting around the town of Cinisi/Terrasini isn't super easy. Be perpared for some GPS frustration.

Belle maison qui vieilli mal

L’emplacement est superbe avec une vue extraordinaire. Belle grande maison qui vieillit mal. 4 chambres dans la maison et une en dehors à côté de la piscine. Concernant cette chambre, très humide le Linge a du mal à sécher. De façon unanime les douches dans la maison n’ont pas de pression et l’eau n’a pas de température chaude linéaire. Limite pour une maison de ce prix. La literie bonne dans l’ensemble sauf dans la 1ere chambre en haut à gauche ou là elle est à changer. Les télévisions ne fonctionnent pas, pas de signal pour certaines ont pas de télécommande qui fonctionnent pour d’autres. Le prix payé pour 3 nuit est de plus de 1800€ c’est une somme sui ne mérite pas ces désagréments

Great Location

The Villa was very spacious and Antonio was excellent whenever we called him he was right there. We had a little problem with the air-conditioning and he was right there to fix it right away. I would’ve really liked having made maid service every day I hope that could be made possible the next time if we rent the Villa again . But overall the villa n the grounds are beautiful.
