- Situated on the outskirts of Fowey, half a mile from the beach at Readymoney Cove...
- Comfortable cottage converted from a former mill
- Tucked into one corner of a small group of stone-built cottages
- Communal childrens play area and picnic benches
- Parking area, where there is one reserved space

GROUND FLOOR
- Couple of steps and gently sloping path lead up to the fully-glazed low front doorway
- Living room of great character with a beamed ceiling
- Little dining area with pine table and chairs
- Galley-style kitchen
- One step leads up to a lounge with seating arranged before an electric coal-effect stove

UPSTAIRS
- Bathroom with a W.C. hand basin and shower over the bath
- Two cottage-style bedrooms with garden views
- Pine-furnished double bedroom with fitted wardrobe
- Childrens bedroom with two 2ft 6in single beds (more suitable for preteens due to the size of the room)

GARDEN
- Small rear garden with a gravel terrace and half a dozen steps leading up to a sheltered lawn
- Pets must be supervised at all times, as should children when using the play area

LOCAL AREA
- Fowey, half a mile downhill, with shops, restaurants, pubs and gift shops
- Half a mile by public footpath to the beach at Readymoney Cove below St Catherines Castle
- Pleasure boats leave from Town Quay during the season
- Foot ferry crosses the harbour to Polruan
- Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project are a 15-minute drive away
- Polperro and Looe can be accessed by the Bodinnick car ferry nearby
- Seasonal passenger ferry to the fishing village of Mevagissey

Fowey

Lovely, quiet part of the village. Very easy to find and only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village. Public footpath leading to the coastal path literally goes through the property.

The property had not been thoroughly cleaned

The kitchen cupboards and microwave were greasy needing me to clean them on arrival. Limited kitchen equipment. Oven baking dishes old and greasy. In general a nice home but needs some tlc and oversight of cleaning especially with Covid in mind.
