Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a privileged area of the tropical coast, between the towns of Motril and Salobreña, next to the only golf course in Granada and one of the few fine sand beaches on the Granada coast. The apartment has a private garage and two terraces, one covered and one uncovered of 45m2 with a garden, table, chairs and hammocks where you can enjoy the soft nights on the coast having dinner with family or friends. The urbanization has 24 hour security, a huge pool, tropical gardens and a red sand design typical of the old buildings in Granada, such as the Alhambra, which in Spanish means "La Roja". The area is very quiet as it is residential, nothing crowded , and in the surroundings you can find a supermarket, several bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and press kiosk. In addition to a golf course, the beach 5 minutes walk. It is between two of the most charming towns on the Granada coast, Motril and Salobreña, 5 minutes away. The city of Granada 45 minutes by car where you can visit the Alhambra and the Albahicín neighborhood and an hour by car you can reach the ski resort of Sierra Nevada and the towns of the Alpujarras, making this apartment a perfect choice to enjoy a vacation in both summer and winter. In addition, this area attracts all year round lovers of windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, golf and climbing.
