This two-storey house is situated in the Cornish town of Padstow and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.
Tides is a superb two-storey house with estuary views, situated in the Cornish coastal town of Padstow. The house sleeps seven people and has one king bedroom with additional child bed and en-suite, one king bedroom with Juliette balcony, 2 single rooms and a snug with sofa bed. There is a family bathroom and shower room. Also in the house is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is a decked area and a garden with seating. Off road parking is available on the driveway for two cars. With stunning views and everything to hand, Tides is an excellent house for a family or friends holiday. Note: Cot, highchair and stairgate available.
Amenities: Gas central heating, underfloor heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 3 x Smart TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hairdryers provided in all bedrooms. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 2 cars on driveway. Terrace garden with seating. Untethered EV charging available on request, 7 kW EV electric car charging point is available. Charging sessions are charged at 40p per kW. An upfront charge of £20 is payable with the balance charged on leaving, guest must bring own charging cable. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour 5 min walk
