This spacious apartment is in Falmouth, Cornwall, and can sleep four adults in two bedrooms.
The Lookout is a unique apartment overlooking Falmouth estuary. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen is well equipped and has sea views whilst the living area is open plan with comfy sofas and window seats to enjoy watching the boats in Falmouth harbour. There are two terraces to take advantage of the sun in the morning and evening. Underground car park space for one car. Located just a short walk along the harbour to the centre of bustling Falmouth, The Lookout is perfect for family and friends to enjoy at any time of the year.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Underground car parking space x 1 height restriction 7'6". Balcony with patio and table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk away. Beach is 25 minute walk away. Note: Even though all on one level, there are some steps down from the property to the garage and up from the property to the road, therefore this property may not be suitable for Customers with limited mobility.
