4 Anchor Warehouse is a stunning 2 storey, penthouse apartment in Penryn, near Falmouth and is formed within a grade II listed building. It is architecturally interesting and hugely spacious, blending original with contemporary features to create a comfortable and stylish place to stay. The reception room is 26 ft long with a wall of windows giving views over the river. The apartment is a short walk from Penryn High Street as well as the river with excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. The space As you enter, there is a great sense of space, with a large entrance hall. From this is access to the main bathroom complete with large bath and separate shower. The cloak/boiler cupboard gives storage for coats and boots. From the hall is access to a large main living area. This open plan room contains a large sitting area, large table for meals and kitchen.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a superking size bed, a Juliet balcony, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The spacious second bedroom across the landing also has a double bed plus twin beds. There is room h for additional z-beds if needed for children.
There will be an additional cleaning fee for parties of 5 or more, or stays of more than 2 weeks.

I honestly can’t recommend this apartment enough everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home.
The location is fantastic close to everything but still peaceful, which made it ideal for both relaxing and exploring the area. Communication with Michelle was excellent throughout: responsive, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and the whole stay completely stress-free.
We truly had an amazing experience and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
