Treat yourself to a quiet space in the very heart of Boulder. Explore the Front Range from this renovated historic home. This updated charming home is only a five minute walk to the shopping and dining of downtown Pearl Street.

A family-friendly home, with an open floor plan, large patio and a quiet, delightful fenced in back yard, this house has 2 master bedrooms each with king-size beds, 2.5 baths and sleeps 7 with amenities for children. The dormer room has 2 twin beds & another semi-private room with a twin bed. The downstairs toy room can be the 3rd bedroom for the pack & play. We have fast & secure WiFi and two flat screen Smart TV’s with YouTube TV channels and the ability to stream your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is washer/dryer in the downstairs master suite.

Perfect for walking to several of the Sundance venues.

Everything at this house was perfect! Very accurate description. Very close to Pearl St, beautiful backyard, comfortable beds, everything was thought through. This home was perfect for my family. A main level suite for my older parents and an upstairs great for kids. It's a lovely property with a fully functional kitchen with everything you could need, a peaceful private yard space and laundry. The house is charming and very clean. I would recommend they get more towels for the amount of people it sleeps. One beds sheets had a large hole in it under the pillow which one guest found troublesome at night. But the entire place was perfect for our needs. The kids room and yard were nice spots for our preschoolers. The location was also great

Cozy bungalow near downtown

My girlfriends and I had a lovely weekend in Boulder staying in this comfy and homey bungalow. The open kitchen and living/dining room make it ideal for a group of friends or family to stay in. Everything we needed was there including basics to cook like salt and pepper etc as well as laundry detergent and shampoo. It felt like staying in a real home rather than just a rental. We’ll definitely go back! Also, the owner was really nice to communicate with which just made it all the much better!

Boulder gem!

Boulder is such a unique town. We love the location of this home. It is on a quiet street and still has easy, walkable access to the shopping, world class dining, farmers market, coffee houses, entertainment, and everything Boulder has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This is a 100 year old Victorian home fully renovated with all the modern amenities. The open floor plan leads into a sunny vaulted ceiling kitchen. The private and delightful back yard and patio makes a great space for casual entertaining. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and renovated, ensuite bathrooms.
