Charming Villa With Enchanting Sea Views And Pool Up to 7 Guests

Villa with incredible sea views and pool sleeps 7 people.

Some of the best sea views in Mallorca are from this villa, in La Mola area of Port d’ Andratx.

The house of 150 square meters is on three levels, on the main level is a lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling windows looking to the sea, it is connected to the spacious kitchen with fully equipped with all you need for cooking.

Here you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the lower level is the second lounge with doors to the terrace and double bedroom with en suite bathroom, the bedroom doors open onto the terrace with sun loungers. From the lounge area is the fourth bedroom/library with one single bed.

The master bedroom is on the upper level with ensuite bathroom, this bedroom opens onto an amazing terrace with open views to the bay in one direction, the port and mountains to the other side, there are chill out sofas and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a drink while admiring the beautiful view.

Outside are various terraces with sun loungers and dining table. Enjoy the 25 square meters private pool and an outside shower for cooling off from the Mallorca sun. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room. WIFI is available throughout the villa. There is a portable gas BBQ, a safe, alarm system and for the winter, diesel central heating.

This house is in an amazing position, would definitely re-book in the future. We were 4 adults and two children and used all four bedrooms. Lots of communal areas. Lovely to meet Salvador on arrival and departure. Really good experience all round.

Fantastic views

The views are incredible however there are several things that need to be sorted out internally. Only one bedroom has air conditioning that works, handles are falling off the doors and the fridge doesn't work properly. We reported all these faults to the Home Away Rep. We still had a great time but two fans in the bedrooms isn't really suitable when it is 29 degrees !
