Villa Casa Puerto for six people with pool

Casa Puerto is a unique property perfectly located in the heart of Puerto de Pollensa, just 50m from the beach and the excellent restaurants/bars/shops of this coveted holiday destination. The property, with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning and a cosy private pool, has been completely renovated to a high level, with modern design interiors and spacious decor. Due to its unbeatable location and features, this villa is the ideal holiday home for an unforgettable stay without the need to depend on a car.



The villa is distributed over 2 floors, with the living room located on the ground floor surrounding the pool terrace. The entrance is through a beautifully furnished lounge with satellite TV, DVD player and comfortable sofas. On this floor there is also an elegant kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a magnificent master bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite shower. The large patio doors provide direct access to the pool area with hydromassage jets, comfortable sun loungers and a perfect relaxation area to enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with a lovely billiards room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for dining outdoors.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

This property is located right next to the beach and restaurants. Its in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. We enjoyed staying at this property. It is modern and clean. Loved the jacuzzi pool and the pool table.

Great villa in a central location

It's right in the centre not far from the beach with plenty of space. The boiler is on the way out as we lost hot water a couple of times, but the service to get it up and running again was exceptional. Overall I think the villa could just do with some minor works to get it back to a high standard, but we loved it non the less and would definitely stay again.

Great location, minor issues

The location is outstanding with only a two minute walk to the beach. We only had two issues. The A/C didn’t work and the house was hot. The second was that there were some bugs we had to deal with throughout the unit. Nothing major, but certainly didn’t like seeing the critters.

Fantastic spot!

We (me and two friends) stayed at Beach Villa Marinera for a mid March cycling weekend! It's a fantastic place, centrally located in Port De Pollenca close to bike hire shops, very modern, very spacious, private and well equipped. We'd definitely come back. Toni and Ana at easyvillasmallorca we're very helpful throughout! Thanks very much. It didn't matter but we noticed the light in the pool room was out! Also, might be helpful to explain where the parking is. We just parked in front of garage which we hope was OK.

Amazing location. Modern well equipped kitchen. Refreshing plunge pool. All bedrooms en-suite Decking - outdoor area - some nails were sticking out making it unsafe for baby to crawl outside. Also dangerous for adults. This area needs revamping. Shower in bedroom at end of hall - needs a mat or grip. One of us fell and ended up in hospital! Sinks in the two twin room’s unhygienic design.

Lots of potential but needs some tidying up

The property was in a perfect location for us and the facilities were mainly good. However parts of the place are tired much of which could be sorted easily by a bit of DIY The cleanliness was not great- especially outside decking and upper area. We found 2 pieces of broken glass, dirty rags and old vapes in the pool net. The pool itself was pretty clean and most of indoors too. There are are 2 large raffia mats in the sitting room though which can’t be cleaned properly.

The location of the Villa is excellent and the layout of the Villa was perfect for us. Puerto Pollensa is beautiful and there are also so many nice places to visit within an hours drive. The Villa is lovely but it is starting to look tired in places, especially around the pool area. So many little things let it down like the pool table is so uneven it is unusable, the sliding door for one of the en-suites is so stiff it is hard to move and the door to the far bedroom you cannot close. The decking has loose boards and needs painting. We had a visit from at least 1 Cockroach each day which points to an issue(they generally seemed to come from the TV side of the living room. Also, the air-conditioning unit in the hallway entrance was giving off a smell of fumes?

Great stay. Very clean space. Pool area nice though only has sun at certain times of day so worth managing. Outside wall could maybe use some character. Inside seating area could also be laid out better for communal gathering/tv viewing. Arm chairs quite stiff. Sofa attracts loads of insects so be prepared for loads of bug bites there. Bathrooms very clean and great showers. Location amazing - quick ccess to beachfront and harbour but quiet and secluded. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartamento con piscina privada y cerca de la playa

Pude disfrutar 4 días de este apartamento increíble con 3 habitaciones dobles con baño cada una, salón y cocina abierto, piscina/jacuzzi privado (ningún vecino puede verte), bbq y billar en la parte superior y muy cerca del paseo y del puerto. Check-in/out muy sencillo ya que se dispone de un cajetín al lado de la puerta donde se puede encontrar la llave. De todas formas, se puede realizar cualquier consulta por la aplicación y responder bastante rápido. No se dispone de aparcamiento en el propio apartamento pero se puede encontrar gratis por las calles. No nos resultó muy complicado a pesar de llevar una coche muy grande de 7 plazas e ir a mediados de Julio en fin de semana. El único problema que pudimos encontrar fueron algunas cucarachas y hormigas, pero entendemos que es algo normal al estar a pie d calle.

I stayed with 3 friends. It was immaculate and in the perfect location. All we could have hoped for. Quiet but just a step away from lovely places to have a drink and eat and a lovely beach A local bus takes you to local towns and the cycle hire was great. We all loved our stay. I would really recommend the accommodation and the location.

This is a lovely villa perfectly clean and in an ideal location to all shops and restaurants. The beds are really comfortable and the en-suite shower rooms in each bedroom are fabulous. We can find nothing negative to say about the villa. We love it. The pool was very dirty. There was some kind of slimy green algae in the pool and the tiles were in a very poor state of cleanliness. When we informed the management they sent someone immediately to resolve this. The filters were turned on and some chlorine appeared to have been added but the very next day the filters went off again and the pool became dirtier during our stay. On our second last day we found 3 cockroaches in the pool.

Perfect central area .. no need for a car, really. 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants .Lovely villa with all amenitiesClean and comfortable Some problems reported were fixedrepaired the same day.Communication was goodArrival and departure times flexible Easy key collection We had a car and parking was a problem. There is no parking at the villa, so we spent ALOT of time driving around looking for parking spaces.Decking around the pool area is very worn and broken in places, which we reported, and it was repaired quickly the next day. Although some areas were still loose. Pool was left for too long without cleaning and went green and cloudy, so we couldn',t use it for half our time. Again, once reported, it was quickly remedied but took a few days to clear and become usable again.The pool table is old and in a bad way. The pockets have holes and let balls fall straight to the floor. Pool cues were broken and unusable. We did report it, but it wasn',t repaired.Shame because this was one of the main reasons for booking There is a TV in the front bedroom but it didn',t work.There is a speaker in the front room to connect phonesiPods too, but sadly, that didn',t work either
